Friendly staff

Rooms with dust (I’m allergic) cockroaches too. Didn’t look very clean (stain on floor and wardrobe). Small swimming pool, too crowded. And too much noises after midnight.

Kids were disappointed because the swimming pool was closed before the posted closing time and they got no chance to swim (we stayed for one night only)

the apartment was ok . we only stayed there couple of hours, because check in was only from 5pm.and then we were gone out for the night. The bad think was a lack of communication. before our arrival I was trying to contact property sending couple of messages with the questions about our check inn I didn’t get any responses at all.so the evening we arrived at the apartment the gate were closed. Tried to call the phone number no answer just answering machine..I didn’t have any information about PIN codes nothing . so we been waiting 10 min outside the gate while random person came out. very nice man helped us to get the keys from out apartment . they were left in black box outside with the codes again but we didn’t have a clue about the code number.

There was no water in the shared swimming pool. The water heater in the appartment was making loud noises all night. The sofa/bed downstairs was unstable and tilted when lying in one side of the bed. When it rains the water ran in through the doors, så det floor downstairs was wet.

A very good value holiday rental. Good sized duplex with all the basics covered. Very clean, nice staff and decent facilities. The swimming pool was used and enjoyed by our teenage kids, so must be ok too! There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away so easy to stock up. Car-park on-site also very convenient.

The bed pillows were not that comfortable and the property would benefit from upgrading these. Although having windows open is ok in the summer heat, it's not ideal, so travellers should be aware there is no air-con (there are heaters for winter).

facilities, pool being out of order and not informing their guests, bed, ripped bed sheets, pillows, quality of sleeping, no toilet paper, dirty aircon, the accommodation itself is not what is shown on the picture

We had a balcony with a pool view . Location to the village of St Cyprien and Latour Bas Elne was perfect. Spacious apartment.

The upstairs bathroom did not have a toilet. The toilet was on the ground floor and did not have a wash hand basin in it.

BIG THANKS again for everything! + great communication and easy check-in / check-out + well minded, very clean and well equipped apartment (fridge, 2-zone induction hob, cutlery+some pans, etc.) + private parking with a gate (code provided) + swimming pool and other facilities like ping pong table, sauna (closed), etc. (we haven't used that but it did look great indeed) + the network of biking tracks around + a sitting area in front with the table and chairs; and a water tap! - great for cleaning dirty stuff outside and VERY clever! + very calm atmosphere but that was most likely due to the time of the year we've visited the place and general mood in regards to Common Overreactions Very Intensely Debated at that time + plenty of options to source groceries and everything else around - Casino, Lidl, Intermarche.. in Elne also L'eclerc, and Vincoer Catalan! worth a visit 100%

. - the mattress was quite soft and worn in the middle but that was expected - WC down the stairs right next to the kitchenette was not ideal but it was most likely the only place to keep the size of the apartment in reasonable limits (also the fans did not work); I would exchange the bath for just a shower and put a toilet there but, well, we were in France... ;) - that would also leave a little more space for just a slightly bigger kitchenette... because, well, we were in France! :D and that means great food (...and a lot of it) and great wine (..well, plenty of that too!)
