Summer 2024 in Cherry Grove looks to be FANTASTIC !!!!!!! Book now to enjoy a view of the Cherry Grove Beach and Marsh from the 3 sun decks of this nicely decorated and well furnished home located on the corner of 48th Ave. N. and Ocean Boulevard just across the street from the ocean! About Twenty Steps and You Are On The Beach !!! The King Cottage I has 4 very spacious bedrooms that will comfortably sleep 12, 2 full baths, plus an open kitchen and great room that's great for family fun. Directly across Ocean Boulevard at 48th Ave. N. is a public beach access, which allows a spectacular view of the ocean from the open sun decks on the side. This is truly one of the more desirable beach homes in the Cherry Grove area. The Master Bedroom of the King Cottage I has a very comfortable double-size bed and a twin for the little ones to be near! Bedroom 2 has two doubles. Bedroom 3 has one queen. Bedroom 4 has two double beds. All bedrooms have plenty of room to spare for all your personal items. There is a washer and dryer to keep your laundry fresh! We love sitting on the our deck in the afternoons to listen to the sounds of the ocean and watch the people walking and passing by. There's not a bad room in the house! This house is spacious, very comfortable, nicely decorated and fully furnished for your family's vacation enjoyment. The King Cottage I features central air and heat, ceiling fans, 2 large sofas and plenty of sitting chairs, phones, Flat panel TV's, a cable-plus lineup of TV channels, fully-furnished kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, mixers, electric can opener, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware and utensils, crock pot, electric stove, washer/dryer, ironing , mirrored vanities, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, ample parking, and an enclosed outside shower (with hot water) and dressing room. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in rental rate. What a fantastic location for a family vacation! The beach is wide, clean and beautiful! Cherry Grove is the most popular family beach in the Myrtle Beach area. The Grand Strand has numerous entertainment venues for the family and you are minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay at King Cottage. The location was a very short walk to the beach. The beach area in this location was not crowded.
The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked if you enjoy cooking. Living room very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level.
We will definitely be renting again next year.

Cute little beach house with super convenient beach access. You could tell they were trying to keep it updated. Upstairs bathroom was recently refreshed. Upstairs got hot during the daytime but they had installed an additionally ac window unit in one of the rooms. The microwave was old and finnicky but we did not need to use it much.

Love this cute beach house. Fit our party of 7 just perfectly. Clean, plenty of amenities, great location to beach, super attentive owners! Would definitely go back!

It adequately served our purpose, AC worked well, ice maker was broken even though property manager offered to get ice, we did that ourselves & it was needed.

Property has an issue with roaches. I sent a message to the owners and got.no response. Will not stay there again.

This was our second time staying at the King Cottage. We have turned it into a yearly tradition because this house is amazing! It is clean and you can see the beach entrance from the front porch. Very spacious home and it’s a great and safe area. Will definitely return again!

Great house! Host was very nice and answered our questions immediately. The only thing we wish we had was view of the ocean from the deck.
But had a great time hanging out under the house playing cornhole! Had a great vacation!

Across the street from the uncrowded beach. Walmart 10 min away for resupply or items you forgot. Great basic house for several families with young children and teens. Loved it. Parking for 4 cars. Overflow about a mile away.

We had an awesome time at the beach. The house was nice and cozy and big enough to accommodate all 12 of us. We didn't need much from the hosts but they were quick to answer when needed. A big thank you to the hosts for making it so easy and enjoyable.

We had the best time. Lots of time was spent playing SkipBo and Yahtzee at the kitchen table. It was SO nice to walk right across the street and be at the beach, especially with small kids walking back to use the bathroom or rinse sand out of their eyes. Lots of things to do just around the corner, but the house is out of the Hustle and bustle of the busier streets. Would definitely stay again!

We had great time at this beach house.
Plenty of space and easy access to the beach just across the street. The house has everything you would need including a charcoal grill. I would definitely recommend this beach house.

We had a group of 3 adults and 8 teenagers spend a week at this beach house. There was plenty of space, the beach was just steps away and we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great. Will keep this place in mind for future rentals.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property. The house had everything we needed during our stay and the walk to the beach was a breeze even though it was across the road. I would rent again.

We had the best time at King Cottage I! This was more than enough room for our family of 6 plus cousins and aunts and uncles who came to stay with us. Literally across the street from beach access and just a few blocks away from a lovely park and fishing pier on 53rd Avenue where we crabbed successfully two days in a row and caught our lunch that we had steamed at Platt’s Seafood just off the main drag. Greg and April were wonderful hosts and we look forward to booking again for another family get away!

The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we could have possibly needed. The beach is a very short walk and made the stay even better. Our group takes a trip every year to this area and we will definitely seek to stay in this house again.
