The location and the view.

Too hot, and no air conditioning..

Great location near some of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda, such as Rena Bianca and Liscia Ruja. The accommodations are very basic but clean. The whole structure of buildings is very big, with a mini market and pool. They also offer free daily transfers to Rena Bianca beach.

They apartment had good kitchen facilities and a balcony that faced the sea. There was a great pool and a van that took you to the beach. There were also 2 markets, a bar, and a travel center on the property.

When you arrive they hand you a bag with your towels and sheets. “Go make your own beds and don’t ask for fresh towels this isn’t a hotel.” There is no WiFi on property. They advertise WiFi, but unless you are standing on top of the router, in their office, you might get the weakest signal you have ever seen and it will last 1 minute. In reality, no WiFi. They never clean your place and you have to take care of your own trash. You need a car to get anywhere. Their description shows their property at the beginning of a major road but in reality it’s a few kilometers from their up a hill. Nice view I guess. They also will not respond to emails or phone calls so don’t bother.

The place reminded me school trips, when we used to stay at very simple places for very little money. For 60 Euro a night this place was unacceptable. We got sheets on our third night, had to lay down cash deposit 150 Euro, which exceeded the value of the room itself, the think was, that we had to wait, when the front desk opens at 9,when we needed early check out, etc... I reserved via booking.com approximately 25 rooms, but this one is leading in the worst value for money ever!!!

Very fresh also in august full of trees and garden

Staff were very attentive to our needs and waited for our late arrival, proposing a better appartement to best meet our needs as we were travelling with two kids nas have booked a studio by mistake. The swimming pool was a must after the beach, and location is excellent.

No complaints.

Really good place for family whit child and group of guys. There are two swimming pool (one for child) whit few lifeguard, nice Bar/Restaurant at the pool whit amazing pizza and sky sport (very nice staff). Night show to midnight every night. 10 minutes car to Porto Cervo and the best locations of Costa Smeralda.
