The concept of the hotel is saving the environment, how ever for hot water you need to get wait for 10 minutes until the hot water come as its run in the solar panels. So save the energy by wasting the water :D

The beds, pillows, were so comfortable.
Nice room, nice shower. No humid or bad smells. Good wifi. Great breakfast. They have a restaurant for dinner as well.
Staff was super kind and helpful. Even arranged a breakfast to go because I had a surgery that day.
Place is beautiful and quiet.
I've been in around 5 different «nice»hotels in San Jose. Finally found the one ill be coming back to.
Location doesn't have many restaurants or cafes at walking distance, but if you have a car it's not really a thing

Lovely backyard area for lounging. We brought our dog and baby! There is a dog park right across the street that was super great and they offered a crib for our 4 month old.

Loved this place. A peaceful setting, with spacious and eco-friendly rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. A tasty omelette breakfast choice. Also turns into a nice restaurant in the evening. It was about a 20-minute taxi ride into San Jose. But at the end of the day of seeing the city, it was nice to come back somewhere a bit more relaxing.
Nothing to complain about. It is away from the centre, and we didn't really explore the local area that much.

Great stop for the first night in Costa Rica. Close to the Airport, away from busy San Jose. Santa Ana is a nice place with lots of local flair.
Quiet surrounding. Large room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Dinner at the restaurant on our arrival night seemed a bit overpriced. Our room was on the first floor, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs.

Highly recommend! Clean, spacious with little kitchenette, couch and terrace. Brought our doggies and they were happy too. There is also a dog park adjacent. Restaurant lovely and all staff excellent. Easy location.

The staff was very nice and helpful, especially receptionists Celeste and Jonathan. The room and bathroom were immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good as well!

This is a cute little hotel a little outside downtown Santa Ana. You can easily walk from there in about 10-15 min to all the restaurants etc in Santa Ana. With the free upgrade from a regular room to a suite, the price was fine. The restaurant and breakfast is also very nice. The pancake that comes with the American breakfast is great!
Nothing to complain about really. Just be aware this hotel is in Santa Ana, not San Jose city and it is a $10 taxi or so to San Jose city. But we knew this, we went for the weekend to Santa Ana to get out of San Jose to check out many of the good restaurants and breweries with mountain view.

Breakfast was super and the service was excellent. We sat outside and it was marvelous.
We showered in the evening and the next morning with cold water. Apparently, the hotel uses solar water and it had rained all day. Consequently, there was no hot water for us.

Great location for our first night after a long flight, beautiful property with peaceful garden, very delicious included à la carte breakfast (try the Costa Rican Breakfast with a fruit bowl, it’s delicious 😋) Very nice and accommodating staff members. Would stay there again, thank you for everything!

The restaurant service closes too early and the shower water was lukewarm. I wish it had been hotter. I wish we could have had al la carte orders so we. Plus eat at any time. Otherwise all was good.

Very nice, quiet area. I spend the second time and it was all good. The newer rooms are less spacious but very nice interior design.
Perfectly placed in the Santa Anna, Escazu area. Very quiet, safe and nice little green garden.
The breakfast has only limited choices, maybe still due to Covid?

only improvement could be provoding fresh made bread at the breakfast, they provided fluffy toast, but rest of the breakfast was great.

lovely place to stay, comfortable bed, little kitchen, big bathroom, good wifi, quiet location and friendly staff. There is a free parking as well. We can recommend staying here :)
