Neat and quiet room in a small family hotel with everything you need to disconnect and relax. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help.

Beautiful room, incredible view, extremely friendly staff and good breakfast. The balcony was significantly more sizeable than expected based on the amount paid and the sheets and bathroom were all extremely clean as if new.

Shower was quite small which, given the size of the bathroom and pricing was to be expected, however the only partition stopping the water from flooding out was a curtain down which the water travelled to the floor anyway.

This was my first solo holiday, which was booked at the last minute. Thankfully, I chose well with this family run 2-star hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a friendly, helpful, and quiet property. The price very much matches, if not exceeds, its 2 star rating! What did I like? * Clean rooms * comfy bed ... mine was a newish mattress and fairly firm. * My view from Room 218, whilst sitting on my balcony, was beautiful. * The owner, Nicola, the bartender, Christian, and all the other staff, were so friendly and helpful. * The pool is wonderful. Just the right temperature and oh so clean! * The WiFi from my room was excellent. * The location is quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. * The price for this hotel is such good value. I was in a double (twin) room with panoramic views. * car park at the rear of the hotel .... if you're renting a car, this is worth knowing. Walk to the town centre, and parking is a nightmare. * The breakfast was fresh, and if you fancy scrambled eggs and bacon, just ask! * They provide free Parasols for the beach. * Overall, for a 2 star hotel, it is excellent value.

To be fair, there wasn't anything I didn't like. You pay for what you get, and this place exceeds its rating. If I had to nit pick .... I'd like more floor towels for the shower to be in the rooms as standard.

Nice and cozy apartment hotel, sunny terrace for breakfast or evening beer...perfect for a quite stay away from the big hotels. Would come back any time again

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean bedsheets and towels. Nice quiet place.

Room was clean but there was this smell of dump that I didn’t like.

Las Palmeras is a good accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. Yes, there is a construction site nearby, but we didn't mind, it wasn't as noisy, as the previous reviewers wrote. There is a nice terrace to sit and relax, there was also a fridge (for a small extra fee) and wi-fi. During check-in, Nicola gave us all the instructions in a written form, which was convenient. The meals in the restaurant are tasty. During breakfast, you can sit outside - we liked it, its safer (the pandemics is still going on). The last day we had to leave really early because of our flight, so Nicola gave us a breakfast package in the evening the day before. Nicola also gave an advice to us, when we needed it and she printed for us the boarding cards (the printed form was required by Ryanair, when you do an online check-in). There is a parking lot for the guests, so there is no problem with parking (but overall on Mallorca, it might be a problem - some beaches/towns/... are pretty crowded with the parking lots often full). The beach is in walking distance (ca. 10 min walk). Also, we liked the beach in la Font de sa Cala the most (from the beaches that we saw).

There is no air-condition and it might get pretty hot in the night in the room, but there is a ventilator on the ceiling. We didn't mind, but for someone, it might be a disadvantage.
