Location was great, some of the staff helpful but won't book the hotel again.

Location is perfect but the hotel itself is definitely not worth 4 stars.

- Location - Bed was comfy - Reception staff was nice and helpful - Ok omelettes made by a nice lady at breakfast - Transfer from hotel to the airport was organized perfectly

- Breakfast didn’t hit the standards of a 4* hotel. There was always something missing (ie. plates, glasses) and they even ran out of tea several times each morning. The buffet table was badly designed and made it hard to reach for products. Juices were awful, made from extract I guess. For this price, you would expect freshly pressed orange juice at least, and coffee/tea served to your table.

The accommodation was rather pricey for what was offered, but the location is great.

Location was good and there was a view of the Bosphorus from the balcony, between some rooftops. The bathroom was nice. We found the staff to be helpful and friendly, particularly those in the restaurant. Some tour brochures were at the reception desk, although we were surprised that there was no tour desk in the lobby.

The main problem was that the room was a bit warm. Upon requesting to have the aircon. put into operation, we were told that the system was not working. We were then offered another room which was quite different to ours and certainly did not meet our requirements. In an attempt to cool the room, we jammed the door to the balcony open, each night, which was not ideal as the noise from outside came in and there was a draught. There were a few aspects about the room that were not great. Firstly, there are no drawers to put items into, such as usually would be found on the desk/dressing table or the bedside stands. Secondly there was insufficient wardrobe space for what is a 4-person room, although we were only three, staying for 9 nights.

Lovely bar

The location was great, very central but pretty quiet. I loved the roof top breakfast and bar downstairs with live music. The staff were really helpful and friendly.

Maybe more fruit at breakfast although I appreciate that maybe this isn’t such a Turkish thing.

Second visit here - much better this time

Clean close to Taksim strip. Friendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms. I stayed on the new side this time so it was much better. Whe I stayed in the old side it was bad

Bed is small double. Hotel is on and around d clubs and pubs so there is a lot of noise till really late. Lots of honking traffic that woke us

be careful to take a picture of the price before you pay

booking.com asked me to pay £75 for 2 nights , then when i added my card and pressed on pay they deducted £125 which is nearly double the amount and without a breakfast . i chased Booking.com and the hotel to solve the problem but everyone said it’s not their fault

if you need to be there for work, noise level coming from pub downstairs and hearing on the second floor could be high during the night. having a room on higher floor could be an option.

Exceptional

Overall hotel was above expectations, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was good and clean. The location is perfect. Breakfast was pure 10 and the terrace at the top has marvellous view. Strongly preferable to anyone

Location is perfect, workers are very nice! Hotel is reasonably fine.

I don't feel like it's a 4 star hotel. At least not what I'm used to and expected. Mostly because of the bathroom.. For example the light in the bathroom was broken, the tiles in the roof were crooked, the showerhead was leaky, water was clogged while showering. There were signs of leaking water, because the tiles turned black.

Superb

You feel home, all the stuff are super kind and lovely. The breakfast is good, big thank to Melisa and Ayşegül always in great care. It’s a bit noisy from the bar down stairs but still after spending a long day in Istanbul you may fall asleep in a wedding.
