Entrance lobby was amazing. Bedding was clean.

Toilet not clean. It was stinking.

Not bad for a short stay

Good location and check in was prompt

Communication with staff wasn’t great, not all amenities worked correctly i.e the iron. The restaurant was very limited with food options and the food wasn’t very good.

Disappointing. Staff were a bit surly, had to wait ages for a taxi which was then 10x cost of Uber!

Booking.com said airport shuttle was free. After booking we found out it wasn’t and it cost irp 4000 each way.

The location and A receptionist called Mr.pankaj Roy kapoor is very friendly , helpful with a kind gesture with a warm smile. He was indeed very respectful to the hotel guests and co operated with me all my enquiries and my requests which is exactly opposite to the other receptionist named Mr.Manoj . I would like to appreciate Mr. Pankaj Roy kapur for his excellent hospitality and great attitude.

not allowing the guests inside the room by one of the staff names Manoj ( receptionist) even though I have given the local ids of my lady relatives and they belong to the Respected families and Mr. Manoj disrespected me in front of my family relative guests as he asked for their ids then said that they are not allowed to go in the room even for 10 minutes and he said all this in an aggressive manner with an angry, grim and long face. I have told him that this is not the way he should treat the hotel guests and even if there are some rules he should tell this with a smile on his face. even after I told all this , he was still talking to me in a mocking behavior.

much improvment is needed, ( booking was non-refundable)

The staff is quite helpful and very nice.

The facility is old, and outdated for 5-star facility as advertised and it shows. I had issues with the plumbing in the bath where water was not draining, staff took care of it. there is no room service available after hours. Breakfast- limited selection, and food did not seem fresh, bread was stale/hard and a damp towel was placed over the bread to make it soft. on Booking.com only a hotel photo is displayed when booking, it does not show a picture of the surrounding industrial area. ( which is quite secluded ). Also, the 5-star rating does not seem to be aligned with similar large-chain hotels. The advertising on booking.com does show the surrounding industrial and secluded/isolated area where the hotel is located. ( which might deceive travelers unfamiliar with the area, or who have not visited the hotel before, and that would like more selection of dining/shopping choices in the area) it would be of great help for fellow travelers to view photos of the surrounding area. and improvement to the facility and food and beverage offerings.

It was a pleasant stay. However, location wise, it is far away from central Delhi.

We were family of 4. We booked two adjacent rooms. Fortunately there was a internal door between two rooms and we could get that opened. We almost had a kind of big family room. We really liked that.

There was a issue with the lift once. We were stuck in the lift. I was with my toddlers and was bit scary. It took some considerable time for them to come and assist us. This kind of incident is really disappointing and not keeping up the brand of "Radisson" / 4 star hotel.
