Good location with plenty of options for eateries.
Cleanliness needs to be improved. Bedsheets had black specks. Kids developed rashes when sleeping on bedsheets. Paint were peeling off the walls. Toilet had a musty smell, shows that it has not been washed for long time.

staff and security was so friendly to welcome us..
the toilet sound very big when we flashing water and I think we are staying next to the staff room, we can hear they talk and open close door.. quite noisy, especially in the morning..

It was a very bad stay. Hotel's Air Conditioned is not working. Room's temperature too warm, can't fall asleep at all.

Location was good and place is reasonable for the price paid.
Not suitable for light sleeping as it close to pub with loud music. Only issues one card key and have to pay extra 30RM for extra card key.

The staff is not so friendly, cleaningness is really bad now . ..last time is ok, but now really going down alot...
