Excellent bed and breakfast run by a wonderful family.
Wonderful bed and breakfast not far from Reykjavik with charm and able to accommodate a family of 4. Allowed us to out some food in a refrigerator and freezer in the home. Nice living are and dining area to sit in if wanted to not be in your room.

Great place to stay in the highlands of Iceland.
The hostess Emilia was excellent, very freindly and helpful. She covrred for her grandfather who was away.
The breakfast was a little light. Just oatmeal and waffles

A unique spot close to the waterfalls
We came in the middle of a snowstorm and were welcomed by Saemi in the most gentle way. He made some waffles with cream and rhubarb and we had a nice chat with him and the other guests. The place is an old farmhouse dating back to 1908 with a lot of terrific details. The tiny church opposite the house is a very special place, too. Our highlights were the delicious soup that Saemi made, the wonderful breakfast with the home baked bread and to jump into the hot tub at -7 degrees with snowy winds in the face…. A unique and perfect experience. Thank you Saemi!
Everything was perfect

Sweet, traditional and rustic stay with great dinner included
Cute rustic house that is great value for money. Historic Husafell stone is a ‘stone’ throw away which made this trip extra special. Samie, the host was very hospitable greeting us with waffles and a lovely dinner after a long day in the rain. Bed was really comfortable and lots of history in a very old house.
Some of the facilities are a little bit dated but it is in theme with the rustic, traditional feel of the property and all is in working order. Room got a little hot in during the night when trying to sleep but overall this was a lovely authentic stay.
