Hotel preciós, eco-friendly. Al costat de la platja. Personal agradable i molt atent. Esmorzar complet i molt bo.

Supercool, industrial design while being eco. We had the room at the very top with a great balcony! Sat there in the evening and watched as night fell onto Sao Pedro and its people. Also super close to the beach, where we had dinner at a beach bar. It seems to be the best turtle spotting area just 100m from shore, and you can easily book a snorkling trip. Breakfast was also surprisingly great, with jams, joghurts, fruits, etc. We only stayed on evening/night, as we were bound for the airport.
The room had ventilation, but no aircondition - to be expected in an eco hotel, but it made the nights quite warm. Also, the area around is reallife Cabo Verde, so you also see poor people and more residential areas (we liked to see the true daily life though). I would only stay one or two nights for turtle spotting especially.

breakfast is good
no sea view (only the suite), Wifi only at the reception but also doesn‘t work that good, the pictures look way better than the room, loud neighbourhood

very close to airport and nice breakfast.
no fan in rooms so with window open, can be hard to sleep with dogs barking.

Very nice Ocean view
Interesting architecture
Pleasant breakfast
Suite with cool room and nice terasse
The location around needs to develop a bit
the place is quite windy

The suite is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff is superfriendly and good breakfast. They arrange swimming with turtles for 15 euro. Watching the coulors of the ocean AT sunrise is incredibly beautiful. It is situated close enough to Mindelo to be able to go out at night and catch a taxi back,
There are two buildings being constructed between the hotel and the beach which interfers with in all others says perfect view of the beach.

Nice architecture. Kind of Scandinavian style.
Got no help with transfer to the airport even it was just around the corner.
5.0
aesthetic and creativ
too basic, windows do not close, wind is coming through the wall, windows slamming in the night because of draft

Nice white wooden rooms, decent size. The hotel is quiet and located in the center of Sao Pedro village, 3min walk from the beach. The breakfast was fresh and good. Staff is available and helpful with recommendations.
Sao Pedro is very small so once you've tried the 4 restaurants there, you will need to take a cab (10eur) or a local bus (1eur) to Mindelo. The beach is often windy, can be tricky to sunbath.

sometimes I had to wait at the entrance. guests are not handed a house key and there is no door bell there.

Love the design of the place. The shower is great, and the room is spacious, the bed comfortable. Stephen was the only receptionist to speak English during my week in Cape Verde, which was very helpful.
The location. I booked the hotel as it is close to the airport, but taxis had to come from Mindelo to pick me up, meaning the price and time taken was just the same or more as travelling to the airport from central Mindelo. Two things mentioned by previous travellers - it would be helpful if I received a key to get into the hotel (on one occasion I was waiting outside for 20 minutes calling the reception and banging on the door before a fellow traveller let me in). And having a bracket to hold the shower head would be handy.

We had a great stay in the Suite at the top floor with a superb view. At night you can leave the balcony door open and sleep with a gentle ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. Slept really well. A more basic type of hotel with is it's charme. Location is perfect, just a few metres from the beach and restaurants. Very clean rooms and nice local breakfast. Staff is super friendly and Stiven from the reception can help with anything.

Wonderful stay! The hotel has an amazing architecture. We went in December, so it was super quiet. Steven and the rest of the staff were absolutely fantastic! They organized our stuff and luggage during room service! Expect African sightseeing views. The beach is 1 minute away and one of the best we visited - don’t forget to have a drink at the turtle bar, play some football with the fishermen, and to swim with the turtles!
Awning in the balcony would be a plus. And more things/tours/shops to visit in that area. Hopefully that will be possible soon!

The guys from the reception are extraordinary! They gave us all the information we needed and helped us arrange anything. From snorkling with turtles to the transportation to the airport.
Also the hotel is nice and clean. The room on the top of the building had an awesome view of the sea and beach!
Would reccomend, 10/10!
Nothing to complain about!

Great cool hotel in San Pedro, 50m away from the beach. I stayed in the suite with sea view for a discounted price (75 euro), and this was really magnificent. Sleep with the terrace door open and fall asleep with the sound of the ocean, lovely. I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay, because there's not much going on in San Pedro, other then walking on the magnificent beach, or take a dive with the sea turtles, that are swimming around about 100m away from the shore. There are 2 restaurants/bars on the beach were you can eat and drink well.
There is no wifi in the rooms, only at the common area downstairs. Also, breakfast is rather basic...

Hospitality of both Stephen and Dji was very good, they were very helpful in recommending places to see in the vicinity and always with a smile on their face. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty.

the possibility to swim with the turtles nearby
it’s really expensive for what it is
the suite is not so great, small, not very comfy
no wifi in the room, no bottle water

The staff is super friendly and helps you with all your needs. The location of the hotel is very near the hotel which is convenient if you have an early morning flight.
It is an ECO hotel, but the shower head is not attached which is a little inconvenient from time to time, but there is not much other notable things.

Very clean & calming hotel in lovely Sao Pedro. Staff was super friendly and breakfast delicious. The beach is only 2 minutes away.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located very close to the beach where you can swim with turtles. Nearby is also a walk to the lighthouse. It’s a perfect stay when you want to take it easy on Sao Vicente since Sao Pedro is a small village compared to Mindelo. Breakfast is nice with fresh fruit, handmade papaya jam and coffee/tea. The standard room is very basic.
All was very nice, but if we had to come up with something, the shower head is not attached to the wall and there is no airco which results in a quite warm room.

Its a nice hotel, however it’s VERY minimalistic, maybe a little too minimalistic. It definitely needs a little maintenance and refreshing of the exterior and the rooms.
We booked the only suite which is in the top floor (4th floor and only stairs), but it’s just a regular room with a balcony facing the houses in the neighborhood and the beach!
The pictures are a bit misleading!
Its nice that it’s a sustainable and eco-friendly hotel, however it needs a bit of maintenance and love, as it looks worn.
The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, extremely helpful and super nice!
We had a very early checkout, and they went all out and served us a beautiful breakfast, fresh bread, fresh fruit, coffee, water etc!
We chose to eat in Mindelo which is a 15-20 min car ride, as the choices around the hotel are quite limited!
Make sure to support the local sea turtles guides, absolutely amazing experience!! Safe for adults and children!
A bit worn out, needs maintenance!
The area is a bit limited.

cool concept, nice building
the location was not nice. nothing to do or see in the area, it’s supposed to be on a beach but it’s a fishermen beach.. staff didn’t speak any French/English/ Spanish

Surprising gem in the heart of the village and close to the beach. I loved the clean minimalistic architecture. Rooms have comfortable beds and a good shower. spotless clean. A big compliment for the friendly night watch Severin (hope I got his name right). Despite our language barrier he went out of his way to arrange an early taxi on Christmas and arranged a breakfast for us at 4.30 in the morning before our early flight.
might be nice to give guests a key to the front door. it feels a bit uncomfortable to keep bothering the staff when you walk in and out. they never left us waiting!

The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was enormous and very tasty. The room and bathroom were simple, but comforable. The location is superb, at the central sqare of the town and a 2-minute walk from the beach. Also, for us it was a huge plus that the staff speaks English.
The room could use an extra chair.

Great and understanding staff, great surroundings!
