Lovely cosy place, furniture met needs of large crowd of 10, dog friendly, easy access to property on arrival, enough space for crowd of 10 to spread around. Cupboards well stocked with basic cooking needs and all crockery/glassware you need.

The host was exceptional! From the moment the booking was made, contact was made to ensure the check in process would be smooth. The host sent a detailed email with all the essential information about the property, and followed up with a phone call. The property was at the perfect location, within 5 minutes walk to Avoca beach & Avoca lake, shops, cafes, etc. Last but not least, the host left a lovely welcoming hamper for us, a very pleasant surprise on our arrival.

Very comfortable home, extremely well equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Short walk to shops and beach. Will definitely be coming back again.
