Brilliant balcony, nice room, staff really lovely and kind and helpful , nice clean bedding etc

Shower was over toilet and sink, nowhere to put any toiletries,

Good location, nice hot shower, comfortable bed, kitchenette. Everything we needed for 1 night.

No outside space, noisy in the morning.

Great location just 10 mins walk from harbour and in the very centre of old town, so you can just walk and fill the ancient city. Very friendly personel, very stylish property. Comfortable way to beach, historical sightseeings, port by feets and airport by public transport.

As expected, it's popular and located in a busy part of town, so noise most of the night...

Staff is always kind and helpful. Location is very convenient if you come and leave from the big port. Easy to leave luggage to collect later after check out. Nice terrace at reception area.

In room 4 the mattress is older than my great grandmother. Owners should at least provide a decent standard for their guests. I could feel the wires and i was concerned it might fall om the floor all together if i moved during my sleep, let aside the noise it made in every slight move. There was a very bad odour in the room, which was a problem even if i stayed thankfully only for one night and evident signs of abandonment (mould, rust, etc) that made me feel owners don't care at all for their premises. No care to leave a blanket in the room although it was still a cold weather. I could feel more respected as i client if the price was way lower for what this place offers. I regret staying there and out of the three rooms i have stayed over time 8, 4 and 5. I only recommend room 5 that was decent and spacious.

A fantastic location in the old town. Very good value for money, spotlessly clean throughout. A very comfortable bed TV, sofa and facilities to make tea and coffee. Friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

It had everything a house can provide (utensils,tea and water),the terrace was wonderfully filled with plants if you want to drink a morning coffee there,it is inside the old city but in a more quiet location behind the hustle of the stores,you need sturdy shoes to walk around this kind of road but everything is at walking distance (sites,harbor,buses,taxi)

We had to phone the owner to come as they have numerous rooms across town under this hotel name and there isn't always someone there,and also there is no natural breather of the room,so when you leave the room you have to leave an open window so that it doesn't smell stale air when you come back.Also there are no photos of this room in the site, of the stairs you have to climb to get there,or a warning that you have to walk there, as it is forbidden for everyone to drive inside the old town.

Location excellent, in old town, quiet. Extremely large suite, authentic Greek architecture. Lots of character.

The apartment needs upgrading, especially toilet window,it's shutters were closed with piece of robe,which opened because of the wind. So people walking on the street could see into the toilet straight. We all found the shower system really bizarre...having the shower basically on the top of toilet bin 😲

Really nice place and location. The owner is really friendly and helpful, he organized an airport transfer for us etc. Communication was great! Highly recommended!

Unbelievable location in the Old Town, very charming and picturesque. Our host was friendly and welcoming and very responsive to any queries we had. Great for walking, exploring, eating and we could even walk to our ferry.

Smell in bathroom

Right in the centre of the Old Town, very easy access to local amenities. Room was nice, good air conditioning.

As it was central in Old Town it was very noisy constantly. There was a lot of noise late into the night, depends if you’re happy to compromise for the proximity to everything. The doors are paper thin and so are the walls. The other people in the building were extremely loud. they were thundering up and down the stairs and slamming doors at all hours. There is a lovely terrace as in the pictures but what the pictures don’t show is that the terrace looks over the street and other people’s properties. The terrace did not feel private at all and I didn’t really use it. The bathroom is a small wet room, like really small. It was ok but even as a 5”2 petite person I felt it was tight. I gave them my arrival time but when I got there I had to message and ring someone to come and give me my key. I told them between 8-9 and arrive around half 8. It was almost pitch black at this point so I was a bit concerned when there was no one to meet me. There are steep steps up to the room, which were fine for myself but if you have any mobility issues maybe not the best place to stay.

Great location for the Ferry.

We are light sleepers so would definitely advise earplugs for anyone similar. The location being as central as it is, means you hear everything!
