Our room was spacious and quiet and we slept well. I had contacted the staff in advance to confirm a late check in and they were kind to wait up and greet us at the property

We were asked to move rooms the morning after we had checked in and although we were later told we didn’t need to, given we were only staying for 2 nights this was frustrating and confusing. Access to the property is really challenging road and this should be made clearer on the description. We didn’t rate the morning walk we went on with the hotel team as we would have expected some information to be shared about the area etc - if this is not the case, perhaps giving people a map so they can do it alone as it just felt a little awkward!

The location is great, there is a lovely stream inside and lots of plantations to walk around. The property is huge and full of birds. The staff did their best to look after us. They were always a call away

The meals are tasty but on a higher price than usual. There are no restaurants nearby therefore you have to rely on the restaurant for all meals, hence would have liked better prices on the food since they are not exceptional meals though good. Be careful of the access roads before the property and inside too. It's broken, steep and slippery in many places, we had one tyre torn on the way down.

The location, clean air, natural beauty and cardamom plantation. Excellent service and food. Access to tea plantations and spice gardens. Clean, well-appointed rooms. Value for money.

Access roads and signs to the resort are in bad shape and under construction. Especially the last 30 Km. This is expected to improve in the next year.
