Lovely girly trip!

Plenty of room for seven people. Excellent location. Staff were really friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay

Bedrooms were comfy and completely silent. There was street noise coming from outside if you do sleep on the sofa bed but it wasn’t bad at all

A very enjoyable stay in an excellent apartment in a city we will return to.

A very spacious, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Right in the heart of the city and great for the old town, bars, restaurants. The apartment was spotless, had everything needed for our stay and the feedback from our group of 9 (2 apartments) was excellent.

We had 2 short lived issues with the access app where the door didn’t open but it resolved itself after a few minutes.

Highly recommend

Excellent location and apartment as described and very clean and spacious. The keyless entry was a bit of a pain as it took a few goes each time to get into the front door. The main door was no problem at all. I didn't realise it wasn't a serviced apartment, we required a change of towels and we're charged extra for these. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all got a great night's sleep. The staff responded promptly to any request we had, especially David, he was a great help. I'd have no hesitation recommending to friends and will visit again in the future.

Good location, clean, but need to sort out door numbers and hot water

The numbers on the apartments do not match the booking number. We were told we had booked 2b and 2a and yet on the apartment door these were 2c and 2d. We were trying to get into the wrong apartment. The apps kept asking for passports of more people than actually stayed in each apartment as well. It was all very confusing. There was not enough water for 4 people to have a shower each morning. There were not enough glasses for maximum capacity and no wardrobe in the second bedroom or bedside cabinet.

Excellent location

The central location of this apartment makes it ideal for visiting Valencia Old Town. It was a big apartment with plenty of towels provided. This apartment had key access though friends in other apartments in the same building (same name/ownership) used electronic entry via an app on their phones and had some difficulty. It is very close to the metro and the main railway station.

The key location was quite a distance away when you have a suitcase. Also, the video that was sent (which I assumed was to help locate the key safe) bears no resemblance to the location of the key safe, it merely shows you how to push the numbers! The first night was very cold until we had worked out how to work the heating. There is little sound-proofing between the walls, so a neighbour's late night partying kept us awake.

Excellent apartment and excellent service, will visit again!

The location of this apartment is excellent, situated right in the middle of Valencia's centre. Everything you need is in walking distance (bar, restaurants, supermarket, Mascletàs..). Opening the door by using an App on a mobile phone was a first but proved to be very easy. The apartment is located on a pretty busy street but inside the traffic is hardly noticeable. If you visit Valencia during Las Fallas you will notice alot of police in this street since this is one of the safety corridors for the crowd on Plaza Ayuntamiento. This starts about 1 hour before the Mascletà is fired on Plaza Ayuntamiento (13.00). Excellent apartment and excellent service by Travel Hábitat Ayuntamiento. They respond to e-mails very quickly and friendly.

Exceptional

In spite of the difficulties we had with the refund of the deposit, my wife and I had a great time in Valencia which is what I would consider one of the best cities to live in. I can write a whole book about it. The location of the apartment is really good. It’s 1 minute walk to the city hall square and to a supermarket that sells the highest quality groceries. The city has the best central market I have ever visited. So fresh and well stocked. Truly amazing! We really enjoyed it. The apartment is mostly well equipped except it didn’t come with sheets for se reasons. Other than that, we are quite happy with everything. If it is not because of the deposit issue, we would recommend this place to everyone. How the management handles the deposit turn everything upside down. That is really unfortunate.

I struggled for days with this review after bookings.com repeatedly asked me about my experience with this property. On one side, I wanted to say “This is one of those best experiences I have had”. On the other side, I feel compelled to warn future guests, especially those from the United States, “Be careful and watch out”. The “Be careful and watch out” part has to do with how the property handles the deposit. Like a few other properties I have stayed in the past, the management of this property demands a deposit before they will give you check-in instructions and the keys. It’s not a welcome extra step you have to go through in order to check in the apartment and honestly I think they should tell people up front before book the place, but I have successfully dealt with several other properties before and encountered no issues. The deposits were always returned promptly after the stay. What bothers me about this property is the way it handles the payment of deposit and its subsequent refund of the money. This is where anyone who are looking to book this property should pay close attention to. First of all, they are not telling you that there will be a requirement for deposit at the time of your booking. That’s bad enough. You will only receive an email of such most likely after the free cancellation expires. If you don’t like this unexpected extra requirement, it’s too late for you to back out of your booking as you will likely loose all the money. Second, they are, by unexplained reason, quite vague as to how they will refund you the deposit. They will only send you another email after you have already made your deposit. Even that email is vague as to how the deposit will be refunded. If you have not dealt with this management before and especially when you are coming from another country, you wouldn’t know what it really mean. Essentially, what they are doing is this: 1. Wait for you to make the booking first, then 2.

A good stay in a spacious, well located apartment.

Location and amount of space.

It's very noisy in the front room facing the street. One of the back bedrooms would occasionally smell like burgers as there is a burger restaurant below. They used cold white light bulbs in some of the rooms which made the place look like a hospital and should be changed.

Amazing

AMAZING location. Couldn't get more central than that. Spacious and easily accommodates up to 7/8people. We were a group of 5 had no problems with toilette/bathrooms at all
