Overall, the property was lovely but management was poor.

We stayed here over a Winter weekend. On arrival, no carparks had been cleared of snow and hours were wasted organising that. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before use. Dishwasher wasn't working properly so all dishwashing was by hand for entire stay. Wood fire wasn't set for lighting and when we enquired about kindling, we were told there was a $5 charge - really? We paid $3000 for two nights and $5 kindling couldn't be included?
