I was with my wife for four nights, at first the room was very small and there was a problem with the hot water, in the end the last 2 nights they changed us to a more comfortable room. The location is excellent, the hotel is in the downtown area, walking you can get anywhere

The hotel is very old and the rooms require a lot of maintenance in their plumbing, we have been there several times and it shows that the hot water is not working well, and the bathtubs need replacement because they are already too old, the smell of the pipes is noticeable in any room we have been in. In short, they need to change what is already in poor condition.

Que nos diejron al llegar 15€ por cada perro por un día 30€ eran 2 por un día, excesivo, la gente cada día se quiere aprovechar más y más de todo, a este paso no tendríamos que salir nadie porque es un abuso en octubre una habitación y la habitación pequeña

Las toallas estaba sucias con manchas negras y las mantas que nos pusimos por la noche con algunos pelos… Las camas eran muy incómodas y se notaban mucho los muelles

La ubicación estaba muy bien

Las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotos que ponen aquí. La ducha es vergonzosa de lo pequeña que es, aparte de vieja y la alcachofa de la ducha se te caía en la cabeza mientras te duchabas, sin hablar de que para que saliera el agua caliente tenías que hacer miles de cosas. El Colchon se te clavaban todos los muelles y las almohadas cada una de su padre y de su madre. Una bastante cómoda pero la otra imposible descansar en ella. La tele no funcionaba, me dijeron que era porque la antena no iba en la zona hacia unos cuantos días, pero es algo que deben avisar ya que tú estás pagando por una habitación con televisor. Los muebles súper viejos. Entiendo que no me he alojado en un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero pague 95€ por una noche; y menos mal que al final solo fui una porque estuve a punto de pagar 240€ por dos noches. Es un alojamiento en el que se puede uno hospedar pero para nada por el precio que cobran. Y no os penséis que vais al hotel que veis en las fotos, porque no tiene nada que ver

The day we arrived, the flight was delayed. No one at the hotel. We didn’t have any number, just an email-not responses, not emergency number outside, no code to entrance. We had to find a place to stay at 11:30 p.m. in April, everything was closed, we didn’t know anything. Bad administration!

• Parking: We travelled by car and the property was easy to find via GPS coordinates. Large free carpark 100 meters away at Port of Gandia • Keys: Check-in and registration was done online in advance, and we got the access codes from the receptionist who was kind and welcoming. • First impression: The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood, which was clean, safe and quiet. There was a lift to get to the top floors. • Kitchen & Bathroom: There was no kitchen facility as this was a hotel. The bathroom was clean, spacious and well equipped with good hot water. • Bedroom: There was one large room with two double beds. The place was clean and well maintained but was a bit cramped as we were four adults. • Amenities: There was free internet and a TV • Particulars: We found free parking in a residential street near the hotel. • Conclusion: We just needed a comfortable accommodation for the night for a family of four, and this property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay there on our next visit.
