stayed for 3 nights but my apartment wasnt cleaned at all during my stay.

Excelent spot to start a hikking. A private place to park the car.
The room was very small, and there is only one chair and a slim table. Not even a spot to put our luggage, rather then on the floor. Now a days, for the price I payed, it is possible to find and book a whole house/apartment, with much more conditions.
I recommend lowering the price, or raising the room space and quality.

A comfortable room. Nice swimming pool. adequate free parking.
A rather noisy group stayed for one night. Should have been told to keep very quiet after midnight. Food was not to our taste.
