Hard pillows bed was hard room was to small for the price

The staff were excellent very informative, the rooms are amazing given the price and really well maintained. Guests laundry was easy to find and easy to use.

There definitely was not much to dislike at all.

Location was convenient. Free laundry was a nice plus. Rooms were big enough for two people. Staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit in need of some upkeep, as in the bathroom had seen a bit too much humidity over time. The walls were very thin, so we heard another person vomiting outside around 10 pm.

Small rooms, but they were clean. Functional.

We stayed for two nights in a twin room, the rooms were very comfortable and clean, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, loved the proper coffee pod machines in the room, the outside area was very nice and the bbq’s were spotlessly clean and everything was supplied that you needed to cook if you wanted to, it was a little noisy with people coming and going late and early in the morning but that was to be expected in the courtyard style setting, I would definitely recommend this accomodation to others.

The owner runs this hotel like it's a mining camp. We were in Karratha to run a large event that brought a lot of people and money into Karratha and he treated us like mining companies were paying for our accommodation. No, I was paying for it. We were told that we would be kicked out if we didn't stop conversations after 9pm. Our event didn't finish each evening until after 10pm and with a large event and staff we required a de-brief. We weren't playing music, we were conversing and winding down but were talked to terribly by Management. One of my employees has a 2 year old and was told she would have to leave if she wasn't quieter when she was trying to get her child to calm down after an exciting day at our event. The second night, there was NO NOISE AT ALL but my husband was still told the next day that they received noise complaints about our room. No chance. Everyone was on edge about noise that night after the threats from Management the night before and all went straight to sleep, except me and I was simply typing on my laptop preparing for the next day's events. There is a nice area between the rooms with bbq's, tables and chairs but you are only welcome to use them during the day. There were people from another room sitting in the area quietly conversing and they were also told they go to sleep. Also, one of our rooms (room 37) had cockroaches coming out of the drain regularly.

Convenient n clean

No screen on door or window/ people smoking outside window/ people walking past right under only window / stained shower curtain.

Clean, comfy bed, staff were very friendly, nice towels and toiletry products supplied. The courtyard area provided a nice setting.

Other guests were slamming doors and talking loudly at 2am - all rooms are joined so the sound travels.

accomodation is ideal for travelling trough. clean. bbq outside. It is clean and functional. beds are comfortable and shower is nice.
