Вид из номеров был великолепный.Большое спасибо, сотруднице рецепции Рамоне за ее работу мы оцениваем на 10. МЫ прожили 2 недели. Мы проживали 2 номерах, 2 взрослых и 4 детей.Завтрак и ужин-шеф поварам 10, особенно за торты, горячие блюда, особенно Паэлья (плов с море продуктами был изумительный) 10.Кухня очень хорошая. Единственное осторожно, если завтракаете на террасе-голуби будут вашими компаньенами....очень чистые бассейны. очень хорошие матрасы. НОмера большие, отличные террасы с жезлонгами, прекрасно загорали на террасе. И дышали прекрасным океаническим воздухом.отель большой, все логично продуманно. ДО ПРЕКРАСТНОГО ПЛЯЖА АМАДОРЕС 1 КМ ПО ПРОМЕНАТУ В ДОЛЬ ОКЕАНА. Отель находится на каньоне, поэтому с пляжа Амадорес удобнее на такси стоимость до 5 евро.(такси очень много, время ожидание менее 5 минут). Прекрасный детский бассейн , детская площадка,детям очень понравилось.Продуманная вечерняя программа с живой музыкой. В сувенирном магазине комфортные цены, кроме сувениров можно купить детям вкусняшки. До ближайшей торговых центров на такси 5-7 минут стоимость такси до 6 евро. Вообщем очень понравилось, хотим вернуться.

Можно улучшить уборку номеров. И рассшириь ассортимент в аптеке, которая находится в холле отеля.

Exceptional Holiday Hotel.

Friendliness .everyone of the staff were so helpful and friendly..they all seemed to enjoy their work so much and nothing was too much for them. They are a real credit to the hotel..one young man stood out for me..he worked in the restaurant , bar..everywhere like all the staff, his name was Mounter, maybe African/ Egypt extract but ne was so good..he welcomed us in Irish and also other people in their native language whatever that was..German, Dutch etc. He seemed to have at least the basics in so many. The most important asset to any company, hotel any organisation is their employees and your hotel is so lucky. They should be all rewarded appropriately. Martin I also appreciated very much the complimentary bottle of prosecco, the water ,chocolate bars, apples , all of which were left for us on arrival. Also when we arrived late in the evening the lady on reception put our bags safely in to a side room , gave us a card for dinner and rushed us to resteraunt so as not to miss dinner..we were staying h/b. She then checked us in after eating. Brilliant. A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it to any one thinking of going..they will not be disappointed. Fabulous No shortage of sun beds anywhere..we had two and a table and chairs on our balcony looking out on sea and infinity pools What a stunning place.

Personally I would prefer to use Cash in the hotel rather than charged to room or paying by credit/ visa debit card.

Estupenda

Las piscinas y la zona de niños increíble. La sensación de estar en un barco constantemente. La comida muy bien y las habitaciones muy silenciosas, camas cómodas. Un detallazo invitarnos a la comida a la llegada aunque sólo teníamos media pensión. Es un hotel ideal para descansar y bien situado para las playas del sur de la isla (Maspalomas, Mogán, Anfi... todo a poca distancia en coche).

La limpieza de la habitación no era excelente. Llamamos para que nos prepararan picnic para el desayuno al día siguiente porque salíamos a las 6 de la mañana para el aeropuerto, por los niños, y nos dijeron que no podían porque era demasiado tarde. Eran las 21:15, creemos que no era tarde para haber apartado un poco de pan, fiambre y fruta de la cena. No nos cuadró mucho este detalle con la estupenda atención en general, la verdad.

Frokost, beliggenhet og utsikt var veldig bra.

Hoveddør inn til rom knirket. Mangler litt olje. Kjøleskap burde vært noe større. Dør inn til kjøleskap knirket og lot seg ikke lukke.

Rooms was spacious Clean modern nice views Love the swimming pools loved having our Breakfast on the Terrace

Bar staff inexperienced walked out of the entertainment Bar twice because waiting to long to be served On check out an unexpected bill of €40.50 when I ask what the charges were for was told Towel rental €1.50 Per Day other charge was Hotel safe I didn't mind that but Towel rental is not on we stay at a lot of Hotels of this one standard and never had a change for Towel rental this is unacceptable Asked twice for harder pillows and never got them

It was a fun and relaxing hotel for both adults and children. We all had a great time.

The facilities were great, the pools are gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable . Most of all the staff were extremely helpful- Conor was the life and soul of the aqua aerobics. He was brilliant with the kids and all round a very funny enthusiastic and energetic facilitator. James was brilliant at facilitating yoga and was also a very personable guy. Taha was very friendly too.

Hotel have great location, stunning views, swimming pool and terase. Food was always tasty and buffet looks lovely every time with many types of food.

Keep an eye on your room balance I was all inclusive and end up with big bill from nowhere. Some staff is very rude and they absolutely hate their jobs or have no clue what they doing but I can't say that for all staff many of them was very nice ,kind and helpful.

Hotel and sraff are lovely, spa was fabulous very well run and spotless clean . Pleny if sunbeds around pools pool side bars for nice food and drinks .

People allowed to cover beds with their towels from early morning ,if you wanted a bed around pool area you had to be out pretty early . Chidrens and adults entertainment not great , service in bar awful , some bar staff very rude at times .

Beautiful

Amazing sea view from the room, amazing view from the restaurant, good cocktails, good location very close to Amadores beach (10 minutes walk). Staff is friendly and generally a very nice experience we will come back!

I did not like few extras that I would have appreciate were included in the room price. For example there is not really the option of using a iron in the room but just use the laundry service which is not convenient. The safe is also considered an extra service.

The facilities and rooms at Gloria palace are fabulous all you need is at your door and the majority of the staff are kind, very accommodating and happy to help when and if they can. The breakfast is basic buffet style but something there for everyone and lots of tables to avoid over crowding. we had a great stay at Gloria palace up until checking out.

upon checking in we asked the hotel receptionist was it possible for us to avail of a late check out or a room to use to shower as we had a late flight going home, the hotel receptionist told us that was no problem for late check out and we proceeded to pay for our stay in full before going up to our room. on our last day we were out shopping and received a phone call from reception to come and pick up our things as they needed the room this was approx midday, I went back to the hotel and explained everything and there appeared to be failure in communication among hotel staff. I had also booked and confirmed a transfer to take us to the airport that had not in-fact been booked correctly and was discovered at this time. The receptionist was extremely apologetic for two instances of poor planning and communication, however they needed the room and we had to vacate the room. The hotel was unable to book a transfer to the airport due to it being too late however pre booked us a taxi for the airport. I’d like to emphasis that the staff at the hotel were very kind and apologetic and we are not angry but disheartened as our brilliant stay here had complications on the last day.

Very Disappointing. .

Housekeeping staff went above and beyond.

Food was mostly cold from the buffet. Also mostly catered towards Scandinavian people.. So had to buy food out a lot of the time.. Staff were not a bit helpful on reception. Didn't get a disabled room and was even asked to prove that I requested one.! They were going change a few days later but we had gotten a loan of a wheelchair at that stage. My 13year old daughter was charged over 1000 for her bed without having a bed on the first night we had to share a single bed. No refund was offered even out of curtesy. House keeping staff were exceptional. Getting asked for a card to put water/drinks on your hotel room etc..when you were actually in the middle of eating. . Just hectic.
