Nice view but filthy and outdated apartment that would have been better with proper repairing or renovation.

The view.

Not accessible to people with leg injuries and other. We stayed in room 202 in Villa Romana III, there is no elevator and we had heavy luggage. The room was disappointingly not properly cleaned, the fridge, the cupboards,inside the kitchen drawers, on top of the dishwasher were all dirty. The kitchenware were not in pairs for example there was only one wine glass, the knives were blunt. The roof in the bathroom seemed to have had a water leakage and had been "fixed" with some kind of foam that was barely covering the damage. The floors in the shower cabin are rusty and don't look safe for showering barefooted. One of the shower doors barely closed.The window blinds in the bathroom were barely covering the window thus not providing full privacy. The Air conditioner in the bedroom wasn't working. The duvets had some disgusting thick yellow stains. It was so bad.

Not satisfied at all

Balcony and view

The aircon was broken and they didn't find a solution for us during our stay. The place was not properly clean, the bathroom was dirty, and there was not enough toilet paper. There was no parking as stated. We went to the swimming pool and it was not maintained, old furniture and old floor, not clean.

Highly recommended place for the perfect vacation.

The view from the apartment was stunning. Exactly what we expected. Perfect location, close to the beach and also there is a supermarket in the neighbourhood. The swimming pool was also very nice.

The place needs some restoration but the view compensates for any inconvenience.

the view from the balcony , the location near the bus station, cleanliness, quiet at night, staff v good.

the bathroom had a bit of a funny smell and the beds weren’t that comfortable

Uncomfortable but manageable for a short stay

The view from the location was good but not from our sea view balcony

-sold on pictures that weren’t of our apartment -the balcony was on the road, so public that someone tried to walk through -was getting cat called from people in cars because of the location of the balcony -the security of the apartment was awful, just one tiny bolt and broken shutters -unkept apartment with dirty mops left in the corner -broken kettle which we asked them to fix and they didn’t -hardly any sunbeds when there was room for more

Good location but bad apartment

The proximity to the centre and the beach

The apartment didn’t have any balcony and only a few windows. People can enter the room through the window if are opened. Rooms need to be reformed, they are so old and seedy.

Superb

Nice location, stunning view, we had appartment for 4 people (we were 2) wich was very bright and specious with private balcony with sea view. Very comfortable beds, great air con, friendly stuff and freshing pool. Kitchen was fully equiped, howewer if you need salt/sugar/coffe the supermarket is down the street. Good choice for price/quality. Thank you!

No free parking for quests. The cleaning/towels change not included.

Nice stay & nice view

The location is amazing. The flat was very clean and we had enough towels and cleaning products.

The floor of the pool area needs maintenance because the wooden pieces are not fixed and it can be dangerous.

Beautiful views, great location, uncomfortable bed.

The view was amazing, great location only 15 min walk to the beach, the kitchen was well equipped with materials needed and it was clean. The couch was comfortable.

The wifi did not work which it stated in the description, the room was not the one we booked as it was supposed to be above the pool and instead we were above the road, the railing on the terrace needs to be painted as it’s all rusty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable (you can feel the springs in the mattress everywhere). The staff also took a long time to respond when we asked about checkout and there was additional charge to check out an hour to an hour and a half later..
