There was nothing nice

Pool was empty All area was under construction Really bad atmosphere in all hotel

We arrived a lot earlier than in check time but we could allready check into our rooms which was very friendly. Location is nice.

WiFi didn’t work in the hotel room A lot of mosquitos No working airco strange bathroom / shower stall

The people here are so friendly! They were very accommodating. After our late check in the kitchen was closed but they served us specially.

Never stay here the air-conditioning doesn't work they tell you it works only middle of May so I slept with open doors so the mosquitoes ate us alive, the fridge doesn't work they tell us it's " carona" they buffet breakfast was 2x bread rolls and 2 X croissants they tell me there's no cheff in the kitchen absolutely a disappointment.

The beds were hard. There was no shelf in the shower.

it’s a hotel away from the city, which was what we were looking for. it was nice to wake up with nature around in Tuscany.

breakfast is being served by staff, and it was difficult to get what we wanted when the salon was busy.
