Excellent room and location. I was allowed to check-in early, which was a great help.

Very good location, near city center and train/bus station. Communication with the hotel and reception employees was always quick and effective.

Arriving at the hotel, our room wasn't prepared, we've been given a new one at a lower (and noiser) floor. After the first night we left a shower towel on the floor, they retired it and didn't replace with a clean one.

The staff is super helpful and they have a 24 hour front desk. The location is great.

The rooms are a bit tired. They don't use fitted sheets for the mattress, so as you move when you sleep, it all comes loose.

The staff at this hotel are extraordinarily kind and helpful! They will go out of their way to make sure your stay with them meets all your expectations. The room I had was larger than I have had elsewhere, with a little nook with a desk which was perfect to write my blog. Another luxury: a bathtub! The windows are very large, with a Juliette-type balcony, giving off the main road. All in all, it was a really lovely stay!

Nothing it exceeded expectations.the room was spacious and well equipped..bed was excellent. possibly a kettle would have been useful although no shortage of good coffee all around.

Friendly welcome, staff arranged for us to leave our bikes in breakfast area.

The receptionist said that it was €5 for breakfast. Had breakfast which was 1 slice of toast,1 crossiant coffee and orange juice and then charged me €6.50 for breakfast. Poor

The Hotel Ogalia is a gem in Vigo. I first came here in 2016, and whenever I'm in Vigo I stay at this hotel. I can't say that about any other hotel anywhere. When you walk through the door the lobby is full of natural light due to the large windows. The staff at reception, and the Gent at the cafeteria are some of the nicest people I've met in any Hotel. They are friendly, and knowledgeable, and help with advice or suggestions that will make your stay in the city well worth it. The people in housekeeper keep the place spotlessly clean, and make it a pleasure to enter your room. The beds are nice and and comfy, and great to sleep on. The rooms are well lit, and if you come once to the Ogalia, you'll be back for sure.

The property is close to one of the train stations, restaurants and the marina front. The room was great and comfortable.

You get what is announced which I consider very fair. The information at booking ties completely to the reality. Personal is very nice and helpful.

Although the WIFI bandwidth was good and it seemed steady it had difficulty handling more than one device at a time. My room didn't face the street and was very quiet. The hotel staff were delightful. The very central location is exceptional. Plenty of hot water and good pressure for showering. I like the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower.

The bed mattress was not comfortable. The room is bare-bones, similar to a cheap roadside motel. No coffeemaker in the room. No hot water kettle. Very dim lights. No blanket. Low quality sheets. Not enough pillow variety. Cheap disposable plastic cup for drinking. Small bath towels that have a bad odor. The price/value relationship is dreadful. I stayed for 4 nights in Aug 2021 and paid a little over 200 euros per night. The price paid for value received was awful.
