Great!

The staf were very friendly and ready to help us and give us tips what to visit and from where to start, the parking spot was great, right st the entrance of the hotel, the rooms vere super clean and neat, the breakfast was great as the staff were bringing food continuesly as soon as a plate was empty. Looking forward to visit them again and very soon!

Value for money, good location.

Nice location, nice breakfast, nice bed.

Very dirty carpet, very old duvet cover which cannot cover the duvet. Failed soundproofing especially at the entrance door as I could hear dialogues and loud noises outside of the door. Horrible burger. Also, I was supposed to get a 10 euros voucher which I never got. I asked for that when I checked out as they charged me 12 euros for 3 soda water and an expired kinder bueno. They said that I could not use the voucher for the sodas as I could only use it for food/drinks at the hotel's bar/restaurant, for bills over 30 euros. I was at the restaurant the night before when I have had that horrible burger and my bill was 28 euros. Nobody told me for this deal, otherwise I would have spent 2 more euros so I could use the voucher. Very cheeky and no communication. Really disappointed this time. The hotel needs some attention.

Το κρεβάτι δεν ήταν τόσο ανετο όσο περιμεναμε για την τιμή του. Δυο άτομα 1 body lotion και 1 μάσκα μαλλιών (και για τους δυο )χωρίς να γίνεται αντικατάσταση κάθε μέρα. Το πρωινο μετριο χωρίς ποικιλία και ιδιαίτερες γευσεις και το πιο σημαντικό ήταν ότι δεν γινόταν refill σε αυτά που τελείωναν, με αποκορυφωμα την τελευταία ημέρα της διαμονής μας που ήταν σχεδόν άδειος ο μπουφες και ο χώρος του πρωινου υπερβολικά μικρός( κατεβήκαμε μια ώρα πριν τελειώσει,οχι τελευταία στιγμή).Ο καθαρισμός του δωματίου την δεύτερη ημέρα της διαμονής μας έγινε χωρίς να μας ρωτήσουν και δεν είχαμε αφήσει και το αντίστοιχο ταμπελάκι απέξω και τα αντικείμενα μας ήταν πειραγμένα και σε άλλη θέση. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα είναι η παραπλανηση του ότι έχει παρκινγκ ενώ στην πραγματικότητα εχει έξω από το ξενοδοχείο στον δρόμο ( κεντρικό σημείο)μια εσοχή και χωράει 3 εως 5 αυτοκίνητα το πολυ. Οπότε αναγκαστικά έπρεπε να αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο μας σε ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ. Το γυμναστήριο τρομερά μικρό και δεν σε εμπνέει καθόλου. Σάουνα και χαμάμ μικρά χωροταξικα αλλά υπήρξαμε τυχεροί και δεν είχε πολυ κόσμο. Ήμασταν δυο παρεες με δυο κρατήσεις δωματιων. Ο ενας φιλος μας δεν ήρθε ποτε και ο άλλος άφησε το δωμάτιο μιαμιση μέρα νωρίτερα επειδη τους συνέβη κάτι απρόοπτο και ενώ τους το πληρωσαμε κανονικά αρνήθηκαν και να μας δώσουν ένα voucher ή έστω να μας κάνουν κάποια έκπτωση στις έξτρα υπηρεσίες ( εστιατόριο / σπα)

Much as we expected and would not hesitate to stay again, if in Thessaloniki.

Rooms were spot on, and all facilities provided were what we needed. Good breakfast and lots of variety.

A bit of noise from the street, and only one free bottle of water per room.

When I return to Thessalonica I will almost certainly stay at this hotel

Breakfast very good Location OK but a bit far from the museum quarter Plenty of places like the rooftop bar that you could spend time in

It would have been nice to have a room with a window view - as a single travellor I always get a room facing the lift shaft

Very good

15 minutes walking to the center of Thessaloniki, the hotel was close enough to explore. Lots of street parking. Excellent breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

an enjoyable trip in Thessaloniki for us.

the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk manager Anatolia. she was very good, telling us where to go and where to eat local cuisine.

We enjoyed the stay.

The staff were super helpful. I asked for help to find a parking, the kept trying until they found a place to park. Breakfast was clean and super good. The staff there were also very helpful and kind.

The location is close to the center, however, the lack of parkings is a big problem, especially if you travel with children. There is no way to park in front of the property safely.

The staff very nice and helpful. Great breakfast, pretty solid room for that class of a hotel.

In the booking description says there is free parking, which I would say it's not true. There are only 3 spots in front of the hotel and mostly not free so you need to find parking by yourself around on the street which is not true that the hotel provide you parking.

The location was good, The breakfast was delicious with many choices and fresh food.

My room was on the 2nd floor facing the street underneath. The windows were not well-isolated therefore you could hear the noise of the cars all night. In a twin bed room, there is only one socket between both beds. The mattress of the bed was a bit too soft for me.

We had a very good stay!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff was very nice and polite. Also, the breakfast was excellent!

They have a few parking lots in front of the hotel (which are usually used), so you have to find some in the streets around it.
