très bien à tout point de vue.

Très bien situé au bas des allées Paul Riquet, cet hôtel présente de nombreux avantages dont, notamment, la courtoisie des hôtes et la qualité des petits déjeuners.

Overall quite pleasant

Staff very pleasant. Room very quiet and bed very comfortable. Location good for train.

Coffee not good! Room a bit basic in furnishing, no hair dryer

Kort vistelse på en natt. Läget och personalen gjorde detta till en fin vistelse för en natt.

Det var supertrevlig personal som var både hjälpsamma och förstående. Frukosten var bra men kunde gärna ha kompletterats med ägg eller skinka för lite mer protein. Gärna gurka eller tomat. Rummet var litet men bra. Missade då jag trodde det var AC att det endast fanns fläkt på rummet. Blev lite varmt. Bra med duschcreme och tvål

Var uppmärksam på att det är trappor upp så du får bära upp väskan en bit men personalen hjälpte mig iaf så jag slapp bära :) Stort tack till dem

Reasonably priced accomodation in older building next to really beautiful park close to restaurants and lovely walk thro

Comfortable bed, cleanliness, and really great breakfast. I appreciated getting yogurt which seems rarely offered with breakfast in my experience. Also, the staff was superlative, kind, helpful, and friendly.

Very small bathroom, but this was expected in the older building. It was fine for me because I am not a large person. My husband (6’3” tall, not heavy) seemed to be fine also, however, the bathroom might seem a bit tight for some larger guests. Walk-up (no elevator) might be challenging for some people if you have too much luggage, but this was not a problem for us.

Exceptional

If you are looking for modern type facilities of Marriott and the likes, this hotel is not for you. But if you are an open-minded traveller who appreciates the old charm and the atmosphere of the place, which fits perfectly the old town of Beziers, you would enjoy staying in this small hotel. It has a perfect location in the old part of the town near the beautiful Park of the Poets, it is clean, and the staff is fantastic, very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Nice location in front of the park, good breakfast and nice staff.

Bare bedroom, don't expect much. But ok for one night of good sleep.

Basic hotel in a quiet location, good value for money.

Close to station (10 minutes uphill), friendly welcome, slightly quirky decor, large bedroom overlooking park, comfy bed, electric fan during very hot weather, super friendly staff at breakfast, good value for money.

Quite basic facilities, room looks quite plain and tired.

Superb

1st floor room overlooking park close to all attractions in this lovely city. No AC, just a desk fan. 2pm check in. Double glazed windows and external motorised shutters. Clean. Good bicycle storage. Probably quiet a good 2star.

Small ensuite with inadequate shower screen. Basic and minimal soaps. Not the hotels fault but a lot of public infrastructure work in progress starting at 9pm and goes on thro the night-bring earplugs.

Great location.

Location was great. Typical old french period property. Breakfast, breakfast room and staff lovely.

Parking secure but awkward and expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in. Rooms etc basic and could do with some redecoration. Shower ceiling mouldy and sliding door to bathroom broken. No hairdryer or tea and coffee facilities.

Good

Very nice location by a nice park close not far from city center. There was a terrace facing the back side(no garden) of the building. Room size adequate Quiet cool de sack street. There was a close by paid proprietory garage that made parking easy. Bathroom of good size. Water pressure was good. Although they were stairs up to 4 floors, they felt safe and relatively wide to climb up.

Mattresses and hard pillows very uncomfortable as if they were found in a cheap motel. I had hard time sleeping There was no refrigirator. There was no fan in case there is a summer heat wave. Shower was kind of small, but functional. Untrained staff spoke only few words of English and from all the places we have been, I had the hardest experience communicating with them in either English or Spanish, to the point that I asked to speak to the owner.

The location is excellent. We travelled by train and it is excellent location for train station but you are also perfectly located for the city.

A relaxed and comfortable hotel.

Very pretty location, overlooking a park close to the station and the town's facilities. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was generous, including delicious homemade yoghurt. I would highly recommend this hotel. Note it has no lift.

Excellent location for travel to Beziers airport, and also arrival by train. Next to a lovely park. Excellent breakfast, although not cheap. Helpful staff.

A bit over-priced for quite a basic room. Decor is becoming a bit tired. A simple coat of paint would help.

Run by very nice staff and very accommodating when our flight home was cancelled.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was well positioned next to a lovely park and close to the centre of Bezier.

We didn’t mind, but you need to be able to climb stairs to your room (up to 4 floors)!

We will return.

The staff was very nice and attentive, the location was great, right next to the poets park. They had a garage where we kept our bikes and even gave us a key of the garage. We also had a lovely breakfast.

The bathroom was really small, the shower water pressure was weak, the mattress wasn't very comfortable and I could hear the conversation from the couple on the room next to mine.

Friendly hotel

The location of the hotel is good. About 7 min walk from railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast is more than adequate. The bed was spotless.

Our room was to the rear and there wasn't much light came into the room. The room was small but sufficient. The one thing that let the hotel down was the shower. The shower cubicle was tiny. I am a size 12/14 and I found it difficult to get in and out so if you're any bigger you will really struggle. Also the hotel woodwork could do with a lick of paint.
