Отличный хостел, хорошие номера, чисто и приятно

Отличное расположение, отличные номера, есть всё что необходимо. Чистая, аккуратная, удобная общая кухня и душь/туалет на этаже. Персонал дружелюбный и со всем помогает.

Good

It includes a sauna from 7 to 10am (I couldn't use it as I arrived late).

Too many people shouting and "partying" at the halls for hours...seemed like an student residence.

The sauna is such a great experience

The staff was really nice, the sauna was a great experience and honestly a great added value!

The room was in front of the lounge so I was awaken early in the morning so I would buy earplugs when I come back

Exceptional

upgraded to a double room, which gave me more space to move about. shared showers were always clean. breakfast was ok. it was near the terminal for Viking Line which was really convenient for my ferry trip. also located in what I think is a quite side of town.

small pillow. good thing I had two beds, I was able to use two pillows.

Private Space in Hostel Environment

Shared spaces were very clean. There are many provate rooms for 2 people. Sauna is free and there is good bar in lobby level.

There was clean sheets for bed but it was not ready.

Price is really affordable for a private or two person room.

Usually it's not noisy here, however the room I got was by the elevator and above the laundry room, which made falling asleep a bit more problematic

Location, staff, overall value, sauna, spaciousness of the building, cleanliness, maps and travel info in the reception, availability of meals and drinks.

The breakfast is pricey considering it consists of basic food items. The price could be reduced. With several euros less you can go to a supermarket and get a filled breakfast baguette. If changing it, it could have more variety. For example, instead of just toast offer different types of breads, croissants and something sweet like cakes or muffins. And a fruit salad not just a few pieces of fruit, and real juice not squash. I've seen all this in another hostel in Europe and it's included in the stay at no extra cost. Regular customer stamp is not given if booked through a third party site. It could be given. A stay is a stay wherever it was booked.

A rather accessible and nice hostel

It had a functioning elevator, so more accessible than many Hostels. The staff was very helpful.

The doors were very heavy - which made it least accessible and also louder. There were several small thresholds (f.e between the room and floor or in the washrooms).

Convenient, cozy and best quality for price

It was clean, it was well furnished, interior could be a little updated, but overall good

Bathrooms can get watery around, walls were a little thin and pillows were not good for my neck.

Exceptional

The hostel was spotlessly clean from the kitchen to all the other facilities. They were working on it night and day. Everyone was helpful.and friendly. Kitchen is well-equipped, morning sauna use is included ín the price. Location is also.perfect.

OK, for just one night, especially for those who come with the ferry. Orherwise, too many deficiencies.

Well positioned to the port, not that far away from Senate Square

I find it simply a “robbery” selling day tickets for public transportation for 10€, while you can easily buy them online or at the port nearby for 8€. 25% profit for nothing! Also, 7.5€ for sauna which was poorly heated, I believe it’s too much. Finally, there was no water tap in the men’s bathroom.

A PLACE TO REST NEAR THE CITY

Location. Common kitchen where you can cook food. Free sauna from 7am - 10am. Luggage storage after check-out/early check-in. Laundry area that cost 1€. A good place to rest after a good night out/ tour in the city. Very close to everything with shops and restaurants nearby.

Not all staffs are nice and accommodating. The drain in the shower stinks so bad. Since the bathroom/toilet is common and is located in each end of the floor, it would be nice to have a sink in the room at least. 2 days before check-out, I have asked the receptionist if we could avail a late check-out. She then told me it’s all good and that I just have to pay hours before check out which is at 12 noon. So I came down hours before check-out and asked (the current receptionist) that I will be paying for our late check-out that day. She then told me that I can’t avail the late check-out at 17:30 because there was no note that I requested for it and that I should have paid way earlier. She though was able to give a late check-out at 14:00. It did affect our plan for that day. So I just wish that they will be more straight forward with their rules or at least make a note.
