The room was quiet and it was close to where we needed to be, which is why we booked it in the first place, once we got pillows the bed was adequate, sadly these were the only plus points to this stay

Where to start I dont understand how this place is running, it was dirty and falling apart, we had no pillows, only 1 towel, the window didnt close the safety latch had been removed, the wardrobe was too big and so was facing the wrong way which ment it couldnt be opened (see attached photo) the shower door was broken, the tv had no remote so you couldnt use it, there was a kettle but no cups, the draw well see attached photo, the staff didnt really speak english that we met and it all seemed very shady, there was a stench of damp and urine in one of the corridors which we discovered was coming from 2 old armchairs in there, the room next to ours the couple arrived when we did and they had similar problems to us with the added bonus that they had a double bed but only a single duvet for it, shocking

The location was good for the centre of Leicester

The noise from the rooms did not stop all night. There was also a lot of banging and crashing of doors all night. There were light switches hanging off the wall. The toilet was dirty, and the floor had hair all over it. The window was broken open, so I couldn't shut out some of the noise. No towels were provided.

Nothing. It was disgusting and I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket for checking out early. It was waking up with all the mite bites that finally did it. I tried to stick it out - buying disinfectant spray and new bed linen. But has to eventually find someone else at more expense. Have given up on getting anything back from Booking.com. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN.

The key did not fit the door lock. Tha room was not clean at all. The mug for drinking was dirty and only one for two guests. The pillows were totally inadequate.

You get what you pay for and this property is cheap.

Worst hotel avoid at all cost! booked a double room they gave use a single blanket for a double bed, walls were all stained, bathroom had no toilet paper, also no lift available, and the smell when you walk through the front door of the hotel is disgusting. Furniture was dirty the mirrors also dirty, curtains were to short for the windows, also provided tea bags sugar and 2 cups but yet the was no kettle in the room to have tea not that I would have made tea as this room was disgusting. Looks like a posh hotel on the website but in reality it's the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was to late to book a different hotel so had no choice but to sleep there!

Booked this as it was cheap but on arrival was given a key which didn't work, asked for another one and there wasn't one, no 1 decided to change our room so we had a room with which we couldn't lock 😂 we also asked the bloke if he could do anything about the issue to which he shrugged his shoulders 😂 but again it is very cheap

I checked all room as my allocated room didn’t have enough shower pressure. all the rooms on second floor has the same issue Main door locks were not working on some rooms. inside room, there is no cleanliness and no proper arrangements. examples: TV is located at the headboard side of the bed. no lock on bathroom door, I can’t even properly close the door small dirty cupboard provided. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST!

The first room was , no remote control 😂 for the Tele then no facilities like to make cup tea, everything brocken . Then I complain the change me the room, the toilet door never close, then in the morning, in 🚿 the is electricity. Very dangerous place. The owner need to make shore the is no any accidents in his hotel, the hotel need more repair before getting rent. Then is not for 45 pounds , is for 20 pounds then room is cold I need to ask for Heather, so bad 😞

The bed was awful me and sister slept on two single beds with one single mattress put on top I have slipped disc I was in a lot of pain in the morning no breakfast

And it was very very dirty I would not recommend it to anybody else
