IF YOU WANT ROBINSONS GALLERIA OR TAXI, NOT EVEN 5 MINUTE WALK. EAT WHAT YOU WANT BUFFET IS REAL VALUE. STAFF EVEN XEROX/PHOTOCOPY. THE NEW VARIOUS MALL SERVICES, MOVIES, FOOD COURT, RESTAURANTS AT GALLERIA ARE CLOSEST HOTEL. SONY 32 INCH TV AND PREMIUM CABLE, INTERNET, AND GOOD CELL SIGNAL MAKE IT SEAMLESS

NO TOAST BUT LAST TIME TOAST BUT TOASTER WAS WAY SLOW. MORE FOOD OR FRUIT CHOICES BETTER.. I SHALL RETURN A 3RD TIME.

Not much natural light

Spacious and clean room, cabinet has hangers for our clothes. Pressing charges are available in the bedside table for reference. Soft mattress and blankets were good enough to stay warm. Hotel is also just a few steps away from Robinsons Summit Galleria.

Dipper should be available since there's no bidet. Since telephones per room are not working, might as well remove it or replace it. We barely stayed in the room and we failed to remembered that we were given a piece of paper with cell phone numbers to contact for front desk requests. We also tried calling the number but it was busy. Very inconvenient as well if you don't have load to make a call. Instructions on how to make the TV work would also help.
