Relaxing before trip home

Lovely and quiet last 2 nights to unwind before the trip home. Really peaceful part of Tokyo

Only criticism is pillows not great but they are different in Japan, so they would probably say the same!

夏休みの繁忙期なのでお値段＞サービス

フロントの方がとても丁寧な対応をなさってくださいました

バスルームが湿気臭がしていたこと、壁の目地がピンクカビが残っていました室内フリーのホットドリンクですが、ほうじ茶と緑茶のみでコーヒーがないのが残念でした。ロケーションは工事現場でしたので期待していたものとは異なりました。

Nice!

The location is close to Daiba, where the gundam statue is, joypolis, mall, etc. We liked the friendly staff who tried to help us out with an upgrade. But unfortunately they could not provide us a room that was bigger. We did not find it a negative as it was our mistake in the first place and they really went into calculus mode to figure something out for us. And they did withing their limits. It was basically almost fully booked, so we had to change rooms 3 times. So if you have a problem and they can fix it, they would definitely help you out to solve it! Big thanks to the staff again! The place is very pretty and modern.

The only negative I can think of is that the location is not perfect when you want to travel to the other plaes like Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, etc. It takes a long time.

we accidentally got a smoking room. seeing we were there with two kids, it would have been nice to make us aware of this and perhaps offer a different room

Stayed for a night here after extending our stay in Tokyo. Great place.

Great location, spacious rooms, clean, quiet. Staff was friendly.

I wish there would have been a machine to make change at the laundry facilities. It was very difficult without it.

Disappointing

comfortable mattress. nice smelling lobby. good water pressure.

the flush/bidet was old. the location was not easily accessible via train and there were no amenities around the hotel . breakfast was not included. the hot water kettle in the room did not work very well. not all the staff there could speak reasonable level of English

Comfortable room and pleasant service but very disappointing catering.

Customer service was polite and helpful and the room temperature was very comfortable.

Breakfast was significantly disappointing as there was no catering for vegetarians. There were no amenities, such as convenience store, in the immediate environment.

the perfect place to stay in Odaiba

great location, close to a nice bridge on the way to a lot of attractions such as Diver city and Decks

i do wish there were easier access to amenities such as toothbrush and hairbrushes I’ve seen in other Japanese hotels but overall an amazing place with great value and location

Disappointing

The view outside hotel is good.

The hotel felts depressing not happy it's an old and very dull painting. Weekend restaurant is closed so you need to buy outside. Far from the station, convenient stores restaurants. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone . Thank you ✌️
