dust around the hotel. I looked for my washed sport clothes & couldn't get them for an hour. toilet of one room was not working

Very good location in Saly near to the beach and with lots of shops, restaurants, fast food shops nearby. Staff is polite. Specially the man who checked me in gave me a nice spacious room. Will be good if the front desk people speak a little bit of English

Breakfast can definitely improve. Just a few croissants and coffee does not mean breakfast to me.

Location is unbeatable, right in between beach and nightlife

Only one towel and one roll of toilet paper provided, insects and geckos in the room. Would have expected more than that for the price paid

La Hacienda is located in the center of the downtown area of Saly which results in easy access to banks and restaurants. The downside of the central location is the sounds from the outside world that filter in, particularly at night. On the other hand, those sounds would be there unless you stay far from the center. This usually happens only late at night and is not terrible if you wear earplugs. I enjoyed my stay there: the wifi was very reliable, the beds were firm, the room was spacious and kept clean by a good staff, there is a pool if you wish to swim, and everyone was friendly. For the money, this was a good stay. I would return.
