Das Bett war sehr bequem, großer Fernseher.

Am Anreisetag war es 15 Grad kalt, leider war die Fußbodenheizung komplett ausgeschaltet. Im Bad war kein weiterer Heizkörper vorhanden, daher trockneten die Handtücher nicht. Aus der Handbrause in der Dusche kommt nur ein Minimalstrahl an Wasser heraus, wahrscheinlich ein super Öko-Duschkopf! Der Kühlschrank war abgeschaltet. Die Rezeption war am Wochenende telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Das Frühstücksangebot ist positiv zu bewerten, aber zu teuer. Beim Check-in Automat müsste der Kartenleser überprüft werden, nach 5 Versuchen hat es endlich geklappt.

My only constructive criticism would be what let the room down (because it was so tastefully decorated! I loved the sofa & Chrome tables in front of it too), was the ugly cheap matching furniture :-/ The kitchen unit, place to hang coats etc, and table under the TV. But that's just us being picky ;-)

+ optimale Lage, ruhig, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt + herrlicher Balkon + geschmackvolle, funktionale Möblierung + sparsame, aber hochwertige Ausstattung der Küche

- Tiefgarage ziemlich eng, große Boliden werden da ihre Probleme haben - komplett unpersönlich, bei Checkin und Checkout keinerlei Kontakt zu Menschen - wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen und können uns nicht beklagen, ansonsten wäre die Unterkunft inkl. Tiefgarage sehr teuer

Tolles, grosses und sehr bequemes Bett. Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig und nur ca. 8 Geh-min. vom Altstadtkern entfernt. 3 nette Frühstück-Cafés direkt in 2-5 min. Entfernung aber auch gute Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Unterkunft. Sehr sauber ist die Unterkunft ebenfalls und bietet ein enormes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in dieser Lage. Ideal für Selbstversorger ist auch der nahe gelegene Supermarkt und wer gerne Jogging mag, findet am Rhein entlang runter zum See ein optimale Strecke direkt von der Unterkunft aus. Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen auch zur Verfügung.

Schöne Wohnung mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche.Alles war sehr sauber und die Möblierung ist geschmackvoll und neuwertig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist super in einer ruhigen Gegend und nicht weit entfernt von der Altstadt . Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Leider hatten wir ein Problem mit der Heizung im Bad. Die funktionierte offenbar nicht und konnte auch nicht anders eingestellt werden. Deswegen war es im Bad etwas zu kühl im Vergleich zur restlichen Wohnung.

Das System zum Einchecken ist unübersichtlich. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht, mussten aber irgendwie das Frühstück nochmals bestätigen. Sonst hätten wir den Key-Card nicht bekommen. Infolge haben wir das Frühstück doppelt bezahlen müssen. Weder eine Ansprache vor Ort, noch eine spätere Nachfrage beim Eigentümer/Betreiber hat zum Erfolg geführt.  Unverständlich, dass man für eine Leistung zweimal bezahlen muss. Klingt ein wenig nach Abzocke.

- There is no AC in the rooms, but even less understandable: no fan, at the very least... Absolutely no way to cool down during summer. We're living in times of high temperatures breaking records everywhere, Konstanz is no exception, it's outrageous that there's nothing to help you here. I had to buy a pocket fan to make it through my stay. Until this problem gets fixed, I directly suggest against booking here during the summer (which ironically is a great time to visit Konstanz). - Very expensive. Also, I wanted to change rooms and the fee I was about to pay was too expensive. Even if the room I wanted to go for was better and even more pricey (which is good for them), I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the exchange alone. I said no. This experience taught me, ALWAYS go for the "free cancellation possible"... - No oven available in the kitchen, which made it quite useless. Check very thoroughly what is included in your specific room, because the impression I had was totally wrong. Another valuable lesson for me. - Self check-in is practical, but the tablets are having problems and some letters are very hard to tap. Picture a tired person just getting to the Apart after traveling there for X hours, wanting some rest and smashing a letter 10 times on a tablet because the area is worn-out.

No A/C option Automated Check-in was arduous. There was a long line because the people in front of us took a long time with the automated check-in. No facilities

For the high price I paid, I would not expect to find dirty cuttlery, cold water at the clogged sink, very bad quality pillows which broke my neck. Check in at 3 pm,very isolated area, far from the center, very poor connection to the banhof on Sunday, had to walk with a heavy bag. I had no choice because every other hotel/b&b option was sold out at the moment of reservation, I wish I would book earlier.

Apartment is comfortable and had a nice terrace. Automatic check in worked well and was convenient. Location is quiet.

Don't go to this place if you foresee to cook anything as it only has a microwave and a fridge. Cleaning could be better, lack of towels. Service is rather limited as it's only in the mornings. During our whole stay the vending machines were not working.

Convenient to groceries store, Close to train station.

There is no lift up to the 3rd floor. Heavy bags need to be careful..

Bed was not so comfortable. The hair dryer did not work. Mobel on the balcony was not clean to use.

Check in was easy enough but no one to answer a question. Room was clean and as advertised. 15 minute walk to old town .

The bed was very comfy and the process to get in was very simple

Quite a spacious room, very clean and nicely decorated as well. The bed and couch were both very comfortable. There's also a small but practical kitchenette. The only thing that was missing here was a cooking plate (and a hood fan). Overall it feels very 'homey' and I could really feel at rest here. Excellent value for what we've paid. Great for a longer stay! There's an underground parking garage, which seems very safe and secure. From there, it's also very easy to get your luggage to your room. Location-wise, It's located in a very calm but relaxed neighborhood. Walking distance towards the city center isn't too bad either (about 10-15 min walk). Supermarkets and stores are close by as well, less than 10 minutes drive from here.

Underground parking was really expensive with 20 Euro per day. The parking space is also incredibly tight. We had a C-segment vehicle and it took a lot of time & skill to maneuver. It seems to be designed for smaller vehicles (like VW Polo). The good thing is that there's plenty of parking space available during our stay. There's no air conditioning in the room. It can get really warm/hot inside the room during hot days. Noticed there were two thermostats in the room, but they don't seem to do anything. Perhaps it's for floor heating? As I did notice the floor tiles were getting very cool at their lowest setting. But AC is still a must-have for more comfort during hot summers. Our room was located directly next to the building's entrance. So the noise of the door slamming from people entering/exiting was really getting annoying. If this bothers you, try to get a room away from the entrance. Other than that, we heard no noise from neighboring rooms. The shower compartment was kind of dark, and it could use some lighting (one extra spotlight would've done the trick). Also, the mechanical ventilation in the bathroom didn't seem to work? There was no fan noise, nor air getting sucked out. So we had to leave the window open to get rid of the moisture/humidity.
