Blissful and beautiful

Heaven on earth! This place is so clean and beautiful. I had an amazing time here, staff are so friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and really looked after us. The food was delicious and afternoon tea everyday was great which complimentary. I am definitely going back in the future.

Excellent hotel in a perfect locationn

An excellent resort in a perfect lakeside location. Sitting by the pool overlooking the lake early in the morning was just wonderful. Grounds very well maintained and so very picturesque. Food in the restaurants was really good with a wide choice. I would recommend this hotel to all

Rooms were very authentic but lacked sufficient storage space for clothes Restaurant operated an unnecessary heiracal system, and staff were a little too frenetic and could have been better organised

We can't afford this often, but totally worth it as a special treat.

The food was fabulous, the amenities great, the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful, We had a private pool, just one of the ways that you feel pampered. It's a great getaway and we came away feeling relaxed and recharged.

There really anything that comes to mind that we didn't like.

Relaxing destination

Check in and out process we’re smooth. Breakfast/lunch buffet includes mainly traditional food, with some variety. Mainly the taste is good and the service is excellent. The seafood restaurant has a beautiful location and tasty main dishes. The spa service is excellent. Relaxing massage. Overall, the place is a perfect destination for relaxation

The electricity cuts. The pillow case fabric is not soft.

Excellent service, beautiful property, delectable food and an overall wonderful experience

Excellent amenities especially the spa. Staff is very friendly and service is truly one of the best - they even prepared a special sadya just for the 2 of us on request. Very well maintained property - almost no mosquitoes inspite of being so close to a water body.

Nice enough but not great

room was a bit tired, dark with heavy furniture staff a bit slow to respond to issue with the TV

the landscapes and old world charm design interiors and villas , felt like going back in time

the mosquitoes and the toilets are very impractical, if someone is in the pool no one can use the toilet and it’s an open toilet and is completely filled with insects and mosquitoes in the night

an expensive place, better to stay for one night (for backwaters cruise)

The main restaurant food was very good The place is beauriful

since the hotel is on the lake shore and near thre Back waters there is a very heavy insects problam. we had a vila, and we found out on oue arival that the batchroom is outside, under the skies. they changeg our room after one night but if you suffer from moskitoes - bewar about that ! Allso the same problem attaket us when using the open sea fruit bar at evening, plenty of bugs everywhere, on the map, in your plate, eventually we canceled our reservation and left the place to the other restaurant.

Awesome Holiday!

Very serene and relaxing - resort has beautiful views of the Lake Vembanad and staff are extremely friendly. Food was good too. Overall we had an amazing holiday. Included in the package was a sunset cruise. Add ons we opted for was the House Boat and Speed Boat. Ayurmana Ayurveda facility is also inside the resort.

Absolutely brilliant property. We had two wonderful nights in this beautiful resort and loved our stay. The rooms capture the essence of Kerala, in terms of its interiors. Everything about this place is exceptional - location, food, service, amenities !!

There is nothing to complain. We had a fabulous stay. Highly recommended.

the layout , location, very nature oriented

the rooms were very small , the rugs looked very worn out , our Villa had some liquid that must have fallen before we checked in and when we checked out after 2 days , it was still there !

Execellent support staff.Houseboat staff are very good and hospitable .Chef at the houseboat and the support staff were very good.

Management staff are rude ,not intrested in customer service ,very inhospitable and quite openly rude.Misbehaved with us .

the stuff are incredibly polite and pleasant to be around. we didn’t miss for anything and the whole experience was perfect.

a super duper stay pampered throughout by the staff everywhere. chefs were simply over obliging in both the restaurants.

overall everything! we enjoyed the special foods the chef’s made for us at both the restaurants the fact that we could order from the buffet restaurant and have it in the fish restaurant was great as the views etc are brilliant. the staff was simply excellent couldn’t do enough.
