Really liked the facility and it’s location.

Clean and comfortable room with a nice view on the boulevard. It worth the money I paid.

It was pleasant, close to center, if you do not need activities in hotel, is ok. I would come back.

The position is excellent, close to Metro station Universytet (7-10 min walk). The breakfast was very good, enough different type of food (salty and sweet) for everybody's taste. The room was clean, bathroom not perfect clean but ecceptable. There was no cable TV in single room ( no foreign cable channels, just Ukrain TV- 3 channels ). It is good hotel for those who do not need some amusing activities in hotel and are ok with simple single not fancy modern room. The people at reception desk are very kind but guests should be very careful if they want to order taxi for airport day before leaving. It cost usually 500-600 UAH but what happend to me was that the driver came much earlier ( 20 min) and swich on the taximetar to make me pay much more alhough I came even 10 min before scheduled time.. This is not responsability of reception people but I reccomend to call the taxi when you are prepare to leave the hotel in a way that some dishonest taxi drivers do not have an opportunity to cheat. And yes, the half liter bottle cost usually 20 uah in the hotel........you should not drink the water from from the tap.

Very good

Quality of breakfast buffet improved a lot! In general I like this hotel for the proximity to station and metro. It's a pretty solid hotel, beds are comfy, too.

Pretty cold in the room and heating function of conditioner did not work.

Just the location.

There was hair at the shower, they have cleaned it. Whole place smells and its very old. Don’t be fooled bcs of the photos..

Will choose a different hotel next time despite the good location of this one

Location was super convenient for us, close to many interesting touristic places, lots of good cafés nearby. Bedding seemed new, spotless clean and soft

Terrible filthy carpet with lots of dirty stains, bathroom was clean but dated

Not so good as i was expecting.

The view from the room and the fact that it was on a very convenient place at the centre of the city, close to the Kyiv railway station.

It was very expensive for the low quality of services and the oldness of the building.

Vary bad staff & Servise old hotel bad Reception bad breakfast no flat TV. Vary old TV not work good not safety , vary expensive price. I make chick out early because the bed broken the air conditioner out of order no one responded.it doesn’t deserve to be be there.

Shabby room. Clean and fresh bed sheets. Clean bathroom

Great location! Very close to the railway station (and at the same time safe), subway (10 min walk), and the city center (20 min walk). The hotel is surrounded by old Kyiv streets and other interesting places of interest for a tourist. Also there're many parks as well as many various restaurants, coffee houses, and bars around. In the room I liked clean sheets on the bed and clean bathroom.

An old soviet hotel. You're like getting back in time when entering it. Many things in the hotel require refreshing and repair. The backyard view rooms are not nice at all; a balcony looks unfriendly and poor. There were stains here and there on the carpet in the room; holes in a couch. Generally the room looked rather shabby.

I would stay at an apartment next time

The towels would get changed daily. I stayed 4 nights and my room was cleaned twice. Staff were nice, friendly and kind.

For the price I was paying every night, the hotel did not match my expectations. The single bed was uncomfortable and extremely small. It was the size for a child not for an adult. There was no kettles in the room. Bottle of water was only given on the check-in and it was sparkling water not even still water. When I asked for still water, I was told they only give the one! The shower's hot water would stay warm for less than 5 minutes which was a joke !!
