The breakfast was great, it was help yourself full English, could fault anything.

Breakfast was ok but dry as kept warm beds were comfy but window bolted shut wardrobe door was hanging off tv didn’t work Wi-Fi barely worked and toilet was broken plus being a disable guest and on the 3rd floor not really acceptable

Room decor was somewhat dated but clean and perfectly fine
Only came across a couple of members of staff but they were great!
Breakfast. It’s self service so if you’re close to the counter it’s on you’ll have people constantly walking past.
