A great place to stay in Lanzarote

Great location with lovely views. Close to some good restaurants and a short walk to a beautiful beach.

We didn't have any water in the apartment on the final day but the owner was very helpful.

Tutto perfetto!

Appartamento, host e posizione grandiosi! È meraviglioso avere una piscina naturale da poter raggiungere anche a piedi nudi.. e da cui si puó vedere l’alba! Abbiamo trovato parcheggio molto facilmente e la casa disponeva di tutto. Consigliatissimo!

excellent, prone to return if we may visit Lanzarote again one day!

location, views on the ocean, tiny private beach and see pool, the atmosphere in the village, lovely restaurant around the corner, ideal large beach and waves on 500 mtr walking distance, breakfast on the terrace of the appartement B-B, local fish restaurants at the sea front, views over the hills. place to remember.

needs some minor maintenance. nothing serious but would improve from 9 to 10. replace water cooker with a more serious one, put a cover on the dishwasher outside, fix the door of the smaller bedroom, and clean out some minor traces of mold around the bath. that is all, did not hamper our stay, mainly visual things.

Exceptional

Perfect beach front location. From Our apartment B-B you could see the sunrise without getting out of bed! Easy parking. Nice shower.

Drying facility outside was already full of drying clothes. Kept getting asked to fill in details prior to arrival that didn't work online.

Very convenient for our work location (Jameos del Agua).

Lovely quiet location, beautiful views. Nice, spacious apartment with everything we needed for a one night stay. Easy check-in and owner was good at keeping in contact.

I can't make suggestions for improvements - we were happy with what we had.

Great location. Very clean.

Unclear arrival instructions. Some kitchen equipment broken ie no lid on kettle. Only one small light working in bathroom.All doors rattled and stuck on floors.

Very nice location, just in front of the sea, terrace with sea view. Place was clean, quiet with very traditional Spannish firniture.

Great location in a charming village, apartment needing TLC.

Self catering apartment with a location that cannot be faulted. Lovely views out to sea from the terrace, handy for the supermarket, main street and restaurants, walks along the coast. It’s comfortable and clean, plenty of towels, large sofa, TV, dining table, seats at the breakfast bar, sleeps 3, twin bedded room and single bedded room. Washing machine and drying area. Kitchen with dishwasher (door fallen off), oven, electric hob. Electric kettle - broken. Bathroom (missing light bulbs)- with bath and shower and good hot water supply. Easy to gain entrance with coded key lock box. Easy to contact owner. Great little terrace. We love Arrieta with its great restaurants and laid back charm, and these apartments are perfectly situated.

The apartment is let down by lack of maintenance, and no internet connection - annoying - the owners other apartment next door has. Bedroom windows wouldn’t open. No toaster. Broken kettle, dishwasher door off. Bathroom dark due to lack of light bulbs (which we tried to find locally but couldn’t). Dead, unattractive plant on terrace. Notified owner and were told to leave key so things could be fixed - they weren’t. Hence not given it full ratings.

appt was tired , eg old mirror in bathroom . it had no window or door in 2 nd bedroom to outside for ventilation . poor facilitues eg no salad bowl or chopping board

Superb

The location and the flats facilities. Good value dispite it being very old fashioned.

It was like going to your Grandmas house. Very old fashioned. Bath badly chipped and marked. Black mould around the bath tiles.

Nice apartment, excellent location.

Great location, practically on the beach; in a cul de sac so no traffic, several excellent restaurants nearby. Arrieta is a really nice, quiet little town, quite different from the noisy mass tourist spots elsewhere on the island.

Superb

A beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment. Had everything you needed, almost like being in someones home. Great location, a few steps to a lovely little beach and lots of restaurants close by.

We didnt get the key code so waited until the arranged time and then had to phone.

Pleasant

It is a spacious apartment in the village and it’s best feature is it’s location.

It is an older style apartment which is actually what I like. However - it could do with some improvements- especially the bathroom . We also felt that the quality of mattress could be better. With these in place - then this place would be excellent.

It was an all too brief stay at a lovely place.

The location was amazing - easy to find, with an almost private beach to look out onto. I so wished we had spent more than one night there. Although we didn't meet the hosts, they were very helpful in giving information about entry to the property, which far exceeded my expectations for the price paid. I could foresee a family stay here.

We didn't stay long enough to find any particular problems, though the rooms were very warm overnight.
