Staff good behaviour
Bathroom fittings are old and needs replacement

Staff on desk were friendly, welcoming you and greeting with a smile. Was able to approach the staff with any query. The staff in restaurant were friendly made you feel comfortable. The selection of food was plenty and the servings were big. The Manager My Chaudhary was helpful and supportive ensuring our needs were met. The room was cleaned daily.
Staff who is fluent in English, and can communicate in English on telephone and able to correspond via email is necessary. Otherwise all is okay.

The total food in room service or the restaurant was lousy if I may say so and also not worth thecharges
The bed wastoo soft. There was no hor water till 11am
