The mattress was old

The Booking was easy, Fast response, also Keys for the Flat and soon .. The common Bathroom and Kitchen was a Comfort Minus --- but definetly okay for the Money!

For the Price everything was just right, for 20 bucks more the night a common bath would be too expensive. But for actual 60 Eu per Night its fine ...

Good budget option for one night stopover in Chemnitz

Really easily reachable from the main train station, and nice bus connections nearby.

Maybe pay more attention on the cleanness of the place. Like inside the cupboards, under the bed, and the TV stand dust. Also the kitchen drawers. The mattress was ok, but not optimal.

Very spacious bedrooms. Clean floors.Heating was fine. The room keeping lady called me early and asked me regarding my travel plan.

No place for shoe holding and coat hanging. Kitchen facilities were limited. Very less cutlery available. No water filter. No dish washer. No washine maschine. Kitchen stoves were switching on with wrong orientation of nobes. No much vessels.Very less cutlery available. Plates, spoons forks, knifes and glasses were not clean. Basic things salt, pepper sugar, tee bag, coffee powder, cream / milk was not available. Shower and toilet was in single place and have no windows / air circulation. Very old bed covers, towels and thin quilts not for winter specs. Shower place was too small for clean up of baby or children. No living room couches or common siting area. We were two families 5 people checked in @16.00, I asked for 12.00 pm (noon) roomkeeper was very much stubborn for checkout time @ 11.00 am. Not worth for 99 € per night.

just a few minutes from the station and the city center. Good value formthe money.
