El area donde se ubica el apartamento es tranquila y accesible y se puede aparcar en la puerta. La habitacion es comoda y en general hay espacio en el apartamento.

Todo el proceso de gestion y atencion al huésped fue pesimo. Hice la reserva en mayo para viajar en diciembre. En octubre trataron de cancelarnos la reserva por una averia de fontaneria a mas de un mes del check in. Sospechoso. Al decir que volabamos desde la peninsula, nos dijeron que entonces no habria problema pero que nos desviaban tres noches a los apartamentos de enfrente, diferente categoria y prestaciones. Cuando ya pudimos entrar en el apartamento resevado, todo fueron problemas. La atencion terriblemente arisca, sin ninguna intencion de ayudar ni ningun detalle/consideracion por las molestias. El la cocina del apartamento no tiene ninguna equipacion para pasar alli mas de dos dias. Literalmente dos tenedores y una sarten. Tuvimos casi que suplicar para tener un poco de fairy y un estropajo!! La razon es que es de "gestion propia" y que cada uno se trae sus cosas, por higiene, que no es un hotel. Por higiene no tendrian escobilla de WC y en un hotel no friego mis platos. Finalmente, el ultimo día que teniamos que salir por la tarde, intentamos solicitar late check out porque estabamos teletrabajando y fue imposible ya que otros huéspedes entraban a las 9. Cuando el check in es a las 14h y el check out a las 12h aun intentaron echarnos antes. Nuevamente, ninguna habilidad de atencion al cliente equiparable al estandar que tenemos en España y por supuesto, como no hables ingles, vas a estar limitado para que te atiendan hasta con respeto.

Absolutely adored my weeks stay. The peace and quiet was fantastic...no stupid o' clock towel brigade 😁...apartment was clean, exactly what you would expect, close to the centre with shops and bars. Really fantastic sun loungers with fabulous padded cushions...really comfy and well kept...out on the front porch area was table and chairs and a parasol on wheels so no pulling and dragging. Complementary wify...Complementary safe,.our host was really helpful and everyone was really friendly. Lovely pool bar run by Dave served food and drinks and again very helpful. Felt really safe as the complex is gated...I enjoyed myself so much here that I have booked for next year 😁😎

Everything and outside area was very clean plus a cafe and bar serving good quality food and drinks . Swimming pool was ideal for a non swimmer and lots of sun beds very comfy with extra padding

First of all the location couldnt be better, close to everything (beach, supermarker, bus stop, restaurants), but still a very relaxed and calm area. Staff was friendly and it was a perfect vibe for our holiday. Pool with enough seatings and a bar with always a friendly face behind it

The utilities/toiletries in the apartment were a bit too basic, would have been nice if there was a sponge and some soap. Now for a few days you have to buy that and throw it away afterwards. But overall a perfect holiday stay for us!!!
