Great central location next to everything. Cite bathrooms upstairs and the view from the top bedroom is unreal. Steps from the lake and the cathedral. It says is a 2 minute bus ride from the Como S. Giovanni train station but me and my friends decided to walk with our luggage.. do that at your own risk - we felt like we were training for a triathlon with all the large staircases and cobblestone streets it was definitely giving ‘typical Americans’ but the walk was actually a nice way to see the town

I really wanted to like this place but a nonnegotiable for me is cleanliness and unfortunately just as we were finishing up pizza (from Pizzium -pretty good) & tired from a long day out and about, we walked upstairs to the bed and noticed a bug crawling across the bed. We immediately freaked out and started looking up possible alternatives to bedbugs bc ew, but nope I even attached pictures so there can’t be any dispute. My sister and I literally slept sitting up in the chairs in the kitchen area the whole night bc the couch also looked questionable. I would honestly love to be proved wrong bc now I feel dirty for the rest of my trip across Europe. Also, the lights in the downstairs bathroom flickered terribly so if you have any sort of medical condition that’s sensitive to that just don’t turn on the lights.

the apartment is in front of the cathedral. it was clean, comfortable. kitchen fully equipped (👏) both girl at the reception were kind. the check in fast. on the last day we could leave our luggage there and enjoy the last hours in the city and pick it later up. perfect service.

Perfect location with nice view, close to train station and the lake, apartment had everything we needed for staying.

Great location! Great staff, very clean and practical. If you need to park a car, park outside the city for €1/day and get the bus that takes 12min in.

We had no heating facilities from 31st December until 2nd January, 2023 in the morning, no extra blanket either, and this in the middle of winter!! We were not happy about this at all. Could not complain as we left before the Reception opened.

There is only one thing we didn’t like and that was the noise from the bar across the lane, even after it closed the staff would stay to drink, talk and turned up the music loud. It was difficult to sleep well until after they left which was 1am to 2am in the morning.

the furnishing was not broken but it felt like it was not really maintained. The TVs were very small. But I guess better than no TV.

Great central location in Como and really good value for money. There is a lift access to the 3rd and 4th floor where the rooms are. Rooms are clean and tidy

Shower is small but manageable

Meral at reception was so helpful and friendly. The room itself was perfect for our young family of 5 and had all the facilities you needed to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The room was also super clean. The location was perfect as a base to visit sights and the ferry from lake como.

The rooms lack character and are somewhat "clinical"... It might have been my bad fortune, but the lodgers above my room were very noisy dragging chairs, banging wardrobes etc until fairly late at night

Quite spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Como, from the balcony you can see the cathedral. The reception works with a day break (from 12.00 to 14.00), but if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage and check in later. The entrance to the building and to the rooms is by codes.

The location is very central and close to the Cathedral

it was clean, modern, functional and had a wonderful location, near good shops and very close to the Duomo and a few minutes walk from the lake. The young woman at reception made a huge difference to our stay. She gave good advice and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Number code entry was very useful.

No basic provisions eg oil, pepper, salt. it could be noisy, but that is to be expected when you are right in the centre.

the location is perfect for a stay at Como close to the busy area and all the tours. staff were great and the apartment had everything required for your time at Como. Will definitely be back.

Only Small negative which is comes with a very central location was that we could he hear people's conversations on the street below as they were passing by. Not a deal breaker.
