Good overnight accommodation stay

Good basic hotel with decent meal and service and accommodation

Getting into checkin was a bit of a challenge once in not a problem.

Loved it!

I love this place! It’s very central to a lot of different places. The bathroom facilities are kept in immaculate condition. The rooms are very clean as well. Staff are lovely!

The beds are a little bit hard and I’d like more pillows but otherwise it’s great!

Loved it except for the smelly room!

So close to the beach and has free parking.

Check in is hard. You need to get to the bar and asked for staff so they can let you in at the reception as the door is locked. Upon entering the room, it’s smells cigarette and I have asked staff to disinfect or any air spray… waited for almost an hour and after that, staff brought oil diffuser. Thank God!. Noticed that staff smells cigarettes too or probably because the room is close to the bar where people are allowed to smoke!!! Not god for the health for future guests so take consider of this. Good thing the the shared bathroom is clean.

Great spot to stay as it’s close to the beach and all the restaurants

Situated in a good spot. Large rooms with comfy bedding. High quality facilities. Staff were very helpful

Great location, easy and clean...

The room was clean, tidy and secure.. It's in an excellent location, very close to cafes, restaurants and the beach just across the road... The receptionist was lovely and friendly... There was no weird bugs... The toilet and shower were clean and modern...

There was no view out the window... It was pretty dark and tired....The receptionist was lovely and helpful, however she informed me that there was a bus just across the road that I could get to the airport. So I went to the bus stop directly opposite the hotel, but it was actually one 'bus stop' back that I needed to be at to get the ride... Also, she said I could pay the bus driver with cash, but I actually needed a bus card...

Would definitely use this place again

Location is handy, close to cafes and coles, easy on-site parking, great for a stop over when travelling further north

Bed was a little stiff and covered with vinyl so not comfortable

Not what I expected

the location is great

Very noise street, Bad Matress and the worst is that I got bed bug bites from this room!!! Now I need to clean all my clothes and ended up with more than 40bites on my body

A quick stay made enjoyable by friendly staff and it's value for money price.

The room was great value for money, very clean, and a convenient location for me. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me. I was able to check in a bit early, which was very useful. There were lots of food options nearby as well as a large supermarket, and being so close to the beach was awesome.

I would have liked there to be a swipe card for entry to the shower and toilets for extra safety.

Good value for money, nice staff, was what I expected it to be like.

*Good value for money! *Close to a lot of great little restaurants. *Friendly staff. *Good sound proofing - no sound traveled into our room from other rooms/downstairs.

*Every toilet had skid marks. *Fire alarm went off at 3:20am and was going off for about 10mins (the fire alarm going off cant be helped but it just went on for AGES). *Musky smell (smelt like stale cigarettes that had been tried to be covered with cheap disinfectant).

excellent location, value for money. great stay for 2 nights (think convenience - not comfort)

location - across from coles, multiple pubs and cafes/restaurants. walk to beach. access to GC highway and free parking . bathrooms - although shared (like a backpackers), they are large, modern, clean, and spacious. definitely better than a back packers but less comfy than a hotel. free cold water available, large fridge in common area. free reliable wifi. balcony. toiletries are quality and eco friendly. staff friendly.

rooms are dated, floors stained, windows don’t open ( but this is expected for a budget hotel). doors very loud slamming shut early in the morning due to people using the bathrooms. room had strange musty smell (from air conditioner) - nicer to open the balcony door and let fresh air in.
