Nice value for money and Barra is awesome

Enjoyed the location and the view from the swimming pool

The magnetic carda were malfunctioning all the time. Annoying to be obliged every day to fix it in the reception. The staff in the swimming pool and breakfast is not very welcoming. Yet, the check in was efficient and very welcoming.

La ducha de mi habitación no la sentía muy segura, la puerta era un poco incomoda de manejar y tuve pequeños golpes a la hora de entrar justamente por la puerta que se deslizaba mucho

Personal excelente y muy lindas instalaciones

El desayuno estuvo bien falto mas variedad, en cuanto a la ubicacion excelente y muy linda zona

1-tuvimos problemas con la linea telefonica la cual al realizar el reclamo fue solucionado al momento 2- al parcer estuvieron con trabajos de mantenimiento lo cual no fuimos notificados lo cual genero incomodidades a muy tempranas horas de la mañana

La ubicación , decoración

La piscina con agua tibia no refrescaba para días de extremo calor , el agua estaba sucia , se veían restos de bloqueador solar , pelos , nunca vi limpiarla .. También mal que la cerraran tan temprano , al igual que el bar. Un día mi tarjeta solo no funciono en el hotel y ellos no fueron capaces de darme mejor atención siendo que yo había estado una semana antes alojando en el lugar , solo destaco al recepcionista Isaac muy amable y empatico , intentado ayudar en mi desesperación y buscando soluciones . Las camas al ser unidas por un cubre colchón se sentía la costura y división de la cama por lo que era muy incomodo.

Uma boa escolha para a passagem do ano

O hotel voltou a ser muito bom, os horários de funcionamento dos restaurantes e room service voltaram a ser adequados comparando com minha última hospedagem neste hotel. Localização ótima, limpeza ótima, quarto amplo e confortável, atendimento rápido e prestativo. A festa do Reveillon no hotel Windsor Barra, ao lado, apesar de cara, é tudo de bom.

A temperatura das áreas comuns (Hall de entrada, restaurante, corredores dos andares) é insuportavelmente baixa na maior parte do tempo. Desconforto para os hóspedes e funcionários e DESPERDÍCIO DE ENERGIA na refrigeração em uma época em que estamos todos preocupados com o futuro do planeta.

Hermoso todo. El hotel es divino, tiene todos los servicios. La mayoría del personal hablaba español. El desayuno variado y abundante. Muy limpio en general. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Volvería.

Mi hermana tenía otra reserva y tuvo inconvenientes con una "garantía" que le solicitaron al momento del check-in (a mí no me la pidieron).

It's not my first time at this hotel, and I always stay there because it's always a good stay. It's hard to choose what's best about the hotel, but breakfast certainly has a good highlight.

Clean western style hotel near beautiful beach!

Very nice western style hotel with a good morning breakfast to get you going! Close to the beautiful Barra beach, Which is less hectic than Ipanema or Copa cabana.

10/10 would return to Barra and stay in Windsor Oceanico.

Multiple breakfast options, comfortable and clean room. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, also they spoke spanish when needed. Wagner who did our check in told us about all we needed to know in our stay and gave us information and advice about activities in Rio de Janeiro

Disappointing

I have booked a specific room, which I asked them to confirm via message in the booking process. After the check in I go up and I find out I have a different room (even if I also asked showing a picture to the staff at reception). Eventually I got down and got the room I asked for however the bathroom had leakage problems from the bath and the shower was not working properly. Furniture inside the room was also old and a bit ruined, this is obviously not deal breaker but I believe that for the money I paid this little thing and the bathroom issues, AND the room mistake considered that I had confirmation from the hotel via message, should not happen.
