Very good

* I like the owner - open and friendly; * The price was extra cheap - 14e; * It wasn't dusty - that is important for me.

* The room was cold at night. Mostly because it was in February and there were almost no people in the building, therefore everything - walls, floor, furniture - everything was very cold. In 2-3 days it becomes warmer but not completely. * The studio with "king-size bed" was "king-small"; * The size would be ok as the price is cheap, but what I didn't like most is that the room wasn't any close to the photo. I just attached 2 photos - pink and yellow walls. Both were attached to the room description, but what you get is yellow room - compare them yourself. * In bathroom nothing included even toilet paper - only soap.

Good enough to stay overnight, but not suitable for a vacation.

The apartment was simply furnished. TV did not work, water leaked from the toilet and the shower basin. Also, there was no blanket (only a sheet to cover up ). We could not find a trash can in the apartment. There was only one knife in the kitchenette. Good enough to stay overnight, but not suitable for a vacation.

Very good

The apartment was new and clean. Close to Velika Beach and has a free parking which we needed.

We would have liked hand towels too. There were only one towel per person awailable.

We will never return here.

Location, parking

We booked and paid a studio with a king size bed and got a room with a faulty stove, a very noisy fridge, a handy stove on the balcony. The walls are thin and every sound can be heard from the adjoining rooms.

Good but several flaws

Good for the price

several flaws: - construction noise in the next room - shower overflowing with water - the owners are not very friendly, not smiling - no toilet paper - no remote control to turn on the air conditioning

Bad

The price

It was pretty horrible. The heater wasn't enough powerful to warm up the room. There was only a little thin blanket. I freezed to death. There was dust everywhere and so on.

Good value for the price, clean, quiet but a little far from the city center.

Host were polite and helpful, they helped me to book a taxi to Shkoder.

Halfway between the main town, bus station and the long beach. No problem if you travel with your own vehicle but not so good if you plan to walk to those places.

Great experience

Staff is great, apartment is clean, price is more than okay, location is perfect 1km to the long beach 3km Ulcinj city, host allowed us to stay few hours more than our departure time so we could wait for our bus. tip visit Ada Bojana beach its even better than long beach (but should know there are a lot of nudists), overall i recommend Flamida!

Fair price

Big rooms, very comfortable. Great staff.

There is no kitchen there, you only have an electric heater. Small bathroom.
