location and comfy bed and cosy room
cups were dirty and kettle and shower enclosure dirty and mark on pillow

Location fine. Good car parking. Easy checkin. Room small but adequate. Breakfast box delivered to room ok.
No hot water in bathroom sink. A blind or even net curtain on the large ground floor picture window would be good.

Very good parking on site, and an easy walk into town.
Fantastic reception and help from Jonny the host.
Spacious room with a good shower.
Lots of renovation going on so it looks like all the rooms are getting a re vamp.
Nice breakfast box left at the door in the morning.
The only issue we had during our stay was a missing key, but it was resolved super quick.

We could freely come and go as we liked. The room was clean and comfortable.
We had trouble opening and closing our room, this needs attention.

Excellent location, onsite parking and nice guest common areas. Really liked the check in process, quick and efficient.
Details of the room needed some attention, cleanliness was decent but we had to wipe down bathroom with obvious missed items that were disappointed to see. WiFi was down, multiple emails to try to reset it and feedback was “it’s been a bit wonky the last few days” without any apparent attempt to fix it.

Parking, clean room with all amenities, great location just few mins walk to the harbor

Delayed ferry meant a very late arrival but they had a good simple solution for us to book in.
Room was well supplied and very comfortable and quiet.
A good location to start our day in Oban.
Would recommend and would use myself again as a stopping off point to the islands.

WISH THEY WOULD DO A PROPER BREAKFAST, OR LEAVE SOMETHING BETTER THAN AN ALPEN BAR AND A PAN'O'CHOCOLAT
ALSO, NO STAFF PRESENT TO WELCOME US AT THE DOOR, BUT AFTER WE RANG A BELL AND WAITED A FEW MINUTES SOMEONE CAME AND POINTED TO A NOTICE THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO READ THAT TOLD US WHERE TO FIND THE KEY TO OUR ROOM. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT SOMEONE AT THE DESK WOULD BE BETTER, IT LAKED THE PERSONAL TOUCH.

Disappointing breakfast. Good location and view from room.
Water pressure from hot tap very low. Breakfast could have had better pastries and/or cereals and more milk.

We knew that breakfast was continental and provided in the room but nothing beats a B&B cooked breakfast so we were sad this isn’t offered anymore.

Beautiful home in a great location with free parking available. We were in the small double but there was ample room. It was great having a fridge in the room with breakfast of yoghurt, fruit, cereal bars etc provided. We'll definitely stay here again

We missed having a cooked breakfast, but understood that this was caused by unavailability of securing staff. The cold food supplied in the bedroom was most acceptable.

Breakfast was just a horrible sweet pastry an Apple ,banana yoghurt and a very sweet rice crispy bar . Got sugar rush then a big downer
Would have been nice if said restaurant had been open
Didn't like self check in and out , never saw a soul around
