Great location in the quieter part of St. Jean de Monts but yet only 10 minutes walk from the large beach. Shops nearby. Great space with 2 bedrooms and living room and separate kitchen. Garden with bench table and parasol. Washing machine. Roller shutters on all windows. Lovely decoration throughout. Very lovely host. Parking available on the nearby roads. The market appears outside the house unexpectedly once a week. (See photos.) Market is quite big. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
No aircon in the house and no fan so it can get very warm in bedroom on hot summer nights.
