Property had everything you need for self catering. Plenty of space for 5 people. Manager easy to get hold of, host very accomodating. Will definitely book this apartment again!

On arrival at our apartment everything looked good, but then we had problems with the door it wouldn’t lock several times and this caused stress to our holiday! The apartment had lots of cobwebs around the top windows and there was a piece of volcanic rock on display which previous guests had stuck there chewing gum to after closer inspection! There was no toilet roll which meant we had to go and purchase ourselves. The television didn’t work even after reading the property manual it just came up with no signal, Also the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work it said insecure network and weak signal meaning we couldn’t use this feature! On day 7 we spent over half an hour trying to lock the door to leave for dinner with our family and it just wouldn’t lock we tried everything in the end I called the property manager and she said oh I can come tomorrow? I was abit taken aback by this as what was we supposed to do leave the apartment open whilst we went for dinner? That wasn’t an option for us! She then said ok I will come but will be 20 minutes so we had to delay our evening with two young children which was very stressful! When she arrived we had managed to lock the door and she did give us a different key, she said they had problems with the door previously so this should have be fixed in my eyes. She also said I will be coming back tomorrow anyway as we were staying for 10 nights after 7 nights as per the property booklet the sheets should be changed and fresh towels etc. The next day we heard nothing she didn’t return leaving us with the same sheets/towels for the entire stay! Overall I expected a lot more and weren’t very happy with the service and facilities. I would like the property owner to contact me to discuss this further as I feel we paid for something we didn’t receive!

We had a lovely stay after a mix up at the start which was resolved quickly. Would come back and stay again. Large apartment. Plenty of room for a family.

We arrived late and followed the instructions looking for apartment 1121 it tuned out to be11a on the wall/door.On opening the door we were hit with the smell of damp which stay for our whole weeks stay.Looking at other guests reports in the visitors book it's been an on going thing for a while. Apart from that we can't fault the place just as it describes it on the Home and away page.We would go back despite the smell.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we needed was supplied, there was loads of space and it was very clean. Our return flight wasn’t until the evening, we asked if we could stay until the afternoon instead of the usual 11.00am checkout, and we were told we could stay later, which we really appreciated!

Spacious apartment and in a great complex especially for children. Kept clean and comfy beds. No air-con so found it really hot but there was a few fans in the apartment to help. The pool in the photos is now a splash park for smaller kids but the other quieter pool is just round the corner. WiFi great. Very good choice of TV channels also! We had a late flight and the manager of the property let us stay on for no extra cost which was nice and so helpful to us Would highly recommend this apartment and the area. So close to everything!

Stayed here for 16 days over Christmas and new year 2018/2019. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The location was very good , five minute slow walk to the strip and beach, everything works as it should brilliant wifi and cable tv. There is a folder with information about the apartment , surrounding area,bus timetables .would definitely stay again.( the water is very very hot , turn cold on first ) read the information provided.

Great apartment it was a real home from home everything you needed WiFi was great beds were very comfortable would highly recommend it.

Leiligheten fungerer bra når det er tørt og varmt, bortsett fra det minste soverommet mot nord der det er konstant fuktig og svært kaldt. Det lukter mugg i hele leiligheten pga. dette. Vi bodde der i 6 uker, og vi ble aldri kvitt lukten. Klær som ble oppbevart i dette soverommet ble fuktig og luktet etter hvert mugg. Leiligheten trenger et strøk maling, og det bør ryddes og vaskes i skaper og skuffer der eier oppbevarer egne eiendeler. Området der leiligheten ligger er tilrettelagt for barnefamilier. Et tidligere basseng er konvertert til et barnevennlig område med forskjellige leker som spruter vann fra 10:00 til 17:00. Dette, sammen med mange små barn som koser seg høylytt med vannet, er ganske støyende. Vi er et eldre par som liker ro, og opplevde dette som slitsomt i lengden. Cinco Plaza er et hotell som på alle måter er barnevennlig, derfor anbefaler vi området for barnefamilier, mens det ikke er egnet for folk som søker fred og ro.

Spotless apartment , Every thing that you need to enjoy a holiday . Great location , sea view lovely . Very large bedrooms nice bathroom and kitchen great veranda .

Fantastic stay lovely apartment no complaints at all came home totally relaxed,the couple who manage the apartment where great if you needed anything. Cannot wait to go bk next year.

The apartment was big and well equipped had a problem with rain coming in the window of the back bedroom but this was fixed quickly. Just watch out for the bottom step out of the apartment to the pool as there is a big drop. Otherwise the apartment and complex were great, pity about the weather.

Nice clean apartment in an excellent complex. Large balcony with evening sunshine. Quiet location but close to all the action on the main strip and beach. Comfortable beds well equipped kitchen. We will definitely stay again.

Highly recommended, the apartment was ideal for a family of 5 and perfectly situated within both the Cinco Plazas complex and within Puerto Del Carmen itself, close enough to the main strip without being too close. The apartment was perfectly well equipped for our stay including all the basics which are sometimes missing from Tour Operator lets, there was even a good selection of books, cds and dvds, and a large screen TV with a Sky subscription kept the kids happy later at night. Details of the local property management team were readily available and they visited as scheduled for cleaning and were very helpful with other general enquiries. In short this is an ideal location for anyone travelling to Lanzarote, and is particularly suited to families, would recommend to anyone.
