Bridge House had everything we needed and more. Excellent location, every amenity and quality furnishings, bedding etc. would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Property was very spacious, excellently, remodeled, very clean, and filled with every possible item you could need. Love you opportunity to do some laundry there. Very highly recommended, excellent location.

Bridge House is superbly located in the centre of Hawes just by the arched bridge with the waterfalls. The house was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and nicely furnished. There was a wood burner in the kitchen/ diner area and and an electric version in the lounge. The double bedroom had a nice big shower and toilet while the other two rooms shared a bathroom and toilet. There was also a toilet downstairs. The house was warm and comfortable and we had a great time there. There were lots of nice little touches like a rucksack to use, maps and other info, logs and kindling for the burner which was made and ready to light when we arrived, a good sound system and Sky TV. Mike, the owner, was very helpful when he rang in advance of our stay to explain how to get the door key so our arrival and check in was nicely straightforward. He also gave us plenty of helpful information about the House and Hawes. We'd definitely stay there again.

Only slight niggles, parking space a bit tight,another key for front door would have been s bonus ,neither of these would put us off visiting again though

The property was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine and cupboards for shopping. It is in a good location, shops about 5-minute walk away. Perfect for a family who want a holiday in a quiet location with great scenery. Good cafes and pubs. Good communication with owner re: keys, parking, etc.
The freezer needed defrosting, although we didn't need to use it.

The house was surprisingly big and spacious. The rooms were well decorated and the facilities were also good. I liked the easy access to Hawes centre. The host was very supportive.
The Dales were so beautiful. We liked the information and OS maps.
It was a bit of a struggle with one parking space but we were directed to others close by.
The kitchen needed a bit of a wipe down on the kick boards and an area around the cooker. But everywhere else was very clean. We missed a garden but we knew this when we booked and made excellent use of the front.

Very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful. Superb location in heart of Hawes. Perfect for our week of walking in the Dales.

The property itself was absolutely gorgeous, immaculate and clean. Location is perfect - centre of Hawes. Parking for 1 car. The property felt safe. It had great facilities - the kitchen was lovely and easy to use so if you wanted to cook and eat around the dining table you could. Bedrooms and bathrooms were just lovely - so cosy and homely. The living area was relaxing and also cosy. Couldn't recommend this property enough.

Location was perfect, the house was very homely, immaculately clean & very well equipped. The host was very friendly & was able to provide lots of useful information. We would love to come back again.
I think the property could benefit from some bath sheets as the bath towels provided were a little small.

Lovely cosy cottage, the cottage had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean, excellent location too.

The cottage was spacious and fully equipped for a wonderful stay. Situated in the heart of the lovely small town of Hawes you are walking distance away from shops, cafes, pubs and attractions. Parking space for one car with further spaces available close by. Great central base to explore the local area. Sky TV was a bonus especially if you like sport etc.
For us nothing to dislike specifically about the cottage.

Clean, tidy, family friendly, comfy and lovely location. Perfect, pretty cottage for exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Great attention to detail and good facilities. Would stay again with the family.
Key collection was a little confusing to begin with but Sykes Cottages were very helpful and resolved the communication issue. Apart form that, everything went smoothly.
