Imela sva sobo s pogledom na morje v 8. nadstropju. Razgled je bil čudovit. Sobe so čiste in prostorne. V sobi sva imela kopalna plašča za bazen in copate za sobo. Bazen in savne so lepe a je bilo zelo zasedeno. Zajtrk je zelo raznolik in zelo okusen. Osebje je zelo prijazno. Hotel ima tudi polnilnice za električna vozila in ne zaračunajo polnjenja, če parkiraš na njihovem hotelskem parkirišču.

Nimam pripomb, ker sva bivala izven sezone. Med sezono je verjetno težko dobiti parkirišče za avto.

Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer, für ein Superior-Zimmer war es etwas klein, aber nett und modern eingerichtet mit schönem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Dass man auf meine E-Mail keine Antwort bekommt ist für mich sehr befremdend. Da ich meine schöne blaue Zip-Weste im Zimmer vergessen habe. Wenn die Weste weg ist, hätte man wenigstens auf die E-.Mail antworten können. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist zwar reichhaltig, hat aber nicht mehr diese Qualität gehabt wie vor ein paar Jahren.

Das einzige, das uns gestört hat, war, dass trotz „Eingangskontrolle“ in den Speisesaal von teilweise bis zu 4 Mitarbeiterinnen, massenhaft Gäste in Joghinghosen und sogar welche in Shorts eingelassen wurden. Jene Gäste, die einem *****Hotel entsprechend angemessen gekleidet waren, waren leider in der Minderheit

Dobili smo najbolju sobu u hotelu. 10. kat, pogled predivan! Sami su nas odlučili smjestiti u veću sobu jer smo bili s djetetom i pripremili su nam dječji krevetić (iako ga nismo tražili). Pogled, soba, hrana i osoblje odlični!

Nemamo nikakve zamjerke!

Die Lage ist wirklich unbeschreiblich toll. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 9.Stock mit Stadtblick und zusätzlich seitlich auf das Meer, was wirklich wunderschön war (obwohl wir ohne Meerblick gebucht hatten) Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Natürlich sind einige vorbereitete Speisen wie Rührei, Pancakes usw. nicht mehr ganz heiß - wenn man gleich zu Beginn frühstücken geht. Aber man hat auch die Möglichkeit sich ein Omelett zubereiten zu lassen - heiß und frisch. Oder man kommt etwas später zum Frühstück, dann ist der erste Schub schon weg und man bekommt alles heiß und frisch zubereitet. Das Abendessen war auch spitze, ich wüsste nicht, was gefehlt hat....es gibt verschiedene Fleischsorten und Fisch, auch vegetarisch sehr viel Auswahl. Das Essen ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut - es gibt sogar Eis aus der Vitrine:-) Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und fleißig(vor allem im Speisesaal). Der Wellnessbereich ist toll, der Saunabereich sehr ruhig und warm. Der Innenpool war für mein Gefühl ein bisschen zu kalt (29Grad) Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng, da muss man schon etwas geübt sein, aber man kann sein Auto natürlich auch vom Personal parken lassen. Das Aufladen unseres Elektro-Autos war kostenlos, worüber wir sehr erfreut waren, das find ich schon ein tolles Service vom Hotel. War ein wunderbares Wochenende.

Nice location with a fantastic view from the balcony and main lobby floor

I didn’t like very small bathroom, there is barly a space around the sink to put tooth brush and toothpaste. Simple unacceptable for the 5 star hotel. Another issue was with room airconditioning sa room temperature was not possible to adjust on the controller in the room. After first night it was reported to the room attendand but nothing change. On the front desk during check out, they appologized and advise that they could adjust our room temperature from the front desk if they knew there was an issue; apsolutely unacceptable as we should be able to control room temperature by ouselves from the room.

Ein perfekter Urlaub. Zimmer sehr schön und groß, Frühstück und Abendessen fantastisch. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage perfekt.
