Die Lage war perfekt. Direkt am Strand. Toll! Wie haben auch Adapter bekommen, weil wir unsere vergessen haben. Der Empfangsbereich war sehr schön und modern.
Das Hotel ist sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Es sollte unbedingt renoviert werden. Alte Teppichböden, schmutzig, alles schied und wackelig. Das Frühstück war ok, aber die Teller und Tische und das Besteck war alles schon sehr alt und dreckig. Es ist auch sehr hellhörig (Straßenlärm und Lärm aus den anderen Zimmern)

Location was amazing, the staff were really friendly and happy. There was an amazing restaurant next door. The room is serviceable and clean. The soap and shower gel and shampoo were nice.
The windows were very small as we were in the attic space. However everything was neat and tidy and clean even if a little old fashioned. It would have been helpful to have some bottled water as the tap water was not safe to drink. The hotel warns you not to drink it. That said there was plenty of tea and coffee plus a lovely big kettle. The lift was old fashioned and fits a maximum of two people in. Once I got used to how it worked it was fine. It would not be good for a wheelchair user.

The hotel is in a brilliant location. The rooms was clean and had everything in it that I needed.
The decor in the lobby was fine, but the room was a bid faded. The door handle was a shocker which as a single woman travelling is an issue.

The property is obviously going through a refurb and will be lovely once complete
The radiator in the very small en-suite bathroom was disgusting

Excellent shower in room. Good beach view.

wifi only in the foyer NOT in the rooms / lift prehistoric - threatening to amputate fingers with the cage door and then a series of 4 doors to get to the room / no TV in the room / scaffolding all over the building

Good value for money. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and was amazed as it was included in the price. Was expecting a continental but it was a full cooked breakfast
Lift was a bit dodgy and as we were on the 3rd floor we had to use it. Room was a bit small but it was adequate

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was available from 8-10am. Large bed. Room service available. Many hotels don't allow food in the rooms so this was nice. Restaurant very good seafood. A fan available in room.
It's a bit tired but good for 2 stars and the price. No internet in rooms is a BIG problem for me. Only in the lobby.

We had a basement room under the reception. But the reception area had wooden floors so the noise of the foot traffic keeps us awake. It needs extra noise insulation.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were exceptional. Our room was roomy warm and comfortable with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Breakfast was very good with a varied hot and cold buffet menu.

Not one of their better rooms, furniture was a little shabby. The bathroom was tiny, and other rooms were much larger with baths

Room was large and clean, breakfast was hot, small choice but adequate. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel was a great position, beach across the road, parking also across the road and loads of choices for eating and drinking nearby. Not forgetting the Brighton i360 also across the road!
The hotel overall is tatty, carpets are very warn, paint work scratched and marked. Furniture old and worn. Although there seem to be ongoing maintenance whilst we were there so hopefully when we return the hotel will of improved.

It was a night away to proud cabaret. Hotel is very old but nice. Close to parking and the beach Breakfast was lovely. Loved the old lift.. the room was spacious. Bathroom was good. Plenty of tea and coffee.
Unfortunately there was scaffolding covering the building and we weren't told. I know maintenance has to be done.Shame as it kind of spoilt the old building but the weather was crappy and wet so not much of a view anyway..

Excellent location a few meters from the seafront and 10mins walk from Churchhill Square shops. Good breakfast, choice of continental and cooked.
Decor very tired but everything clean and comfortable.
