La comodità del letto e la camera molto spaziosa

non ho nulla da dire in quanto sono stato veramente bene; un bell'hotel; un grande parcheggio libero davanti alla struttura, a 2 km dal centro di Cuneo; colazione abbondante tra salato e dolce; personale genitilissimo... camera grande.

Il personale è molto gentile. Ho camminato molto presto per la colazione, ma mi hanno dato qualcosa da mangiare prima del viaggio.

La gentilezza dello staff e la camera ampia con servizi puliti

La rumorosità dovuta alla vicinanza della strada a grande scorrimento e la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza. Anche se pubblicizzato il ristora te che dovrebbe assistere la struttura è chioso Sono presenti piatti pronti da acquistare e scaldare al microonde.

Hotel abbastanza moderno, nel complesso buono. Receptionist's disponibilissime e gentili.

Nulla in particolare ma molte cose nella colazione erano finite e non riportate. Poco personale nella sala colazione e soprattutto mi è sembrato di cattiva fiducia far pagare la stanza all'arrivo e non alla partenza.

Camera spaziosa, con una bella vista della città e delle montagne. Letto ampio e comodo. Tutto molto pulito. Posizione comoda per raggiungere (in auto) il centro di Cuneo.

Very good value for money, omelette excellent, not all fruit juices available each day, nice choice of pastries.

Door lock difficult to manage. Margarine spread not offered nor orange juice.

Too far from town, rooms had broken things in bathroom, expensive dinner which was not very nice and very small servings

always helpful and competent staff and what is always nice , there is always time for a quick chat , which makes your stay more personal. I guess I have been stopping over here six times …..

The Breakfast was very simple.

We could not eat in the hotel and there was no roomservice available. So after a 13 hour drive we need to order food at just eat.

It was the worst experience ever I have had in my entire life for the food they offered for dinner. This was so called Take away ( because of Covid) but the way it was served and how unprofessionally prepared in microwave was total disaster. If it would have been just some easy pasta or hamburger but it did cost me almost 90 EUR ( from their fancy restaurant) and was cold and fatty and disgusting. I am really sorry for the Chef who always put with very proud way his name onto the food but the hotel receptionist who does not know anything about the food or how to prepare it just diminishing value of the hotel and mostly value of this restauarant or chef. I had several cases there with the service and I do not really recommend this hotel for your stay. Regarding the dinner the waitress said she is not the waitress but receptionist and she really do not know how the food should be warmed up or how it should look like. I understand BUT..... they ask from me 90 EUR ( for 2 person) and no discount even after this disaster. SORRY guys but you really have to do something to improve this. Better not to offer at all if you can not manage!
