Room was very clean, with a seating area on the terrace. Nice Breakfast to start the day with very polite and helpful stuff.

With an additional bed in the room, it was hard to move around and open the terrace floor. Due to the fact that someone parked on 2 spaces, we didn't have a parking slot for the night, and no one at the reception to ask about other parking spots.

I arrived to the hotel late, after a long and complicated journey with varied public transportation. The front desk lady was helpful and focused to perfection. The hotel has a wonderful location (lake, city within walking distance), it is also a good resting abode.

smth went wrong with the booking and we had to switch the rooms after one day, but they gave us a less price to pay. the first room was great the second wasn’t so good.

Very nice helpful girl welcomed us at reception But we booked this place on the strength of reviews saying it was near the harbour and great views of Lake Constance. ha ha ha. The “harbour” is tiny, two small restaurant/bars a walk from each other, no view from our first floor room and balcony other than rooftops of the houses in front

see above! we paid for a “superior room and balcony”. ha ha ha again. Room was on a busy road. we asked to move but were told hotel is full despite sign outside saying vacancies pool was locked when we looked and we didn’t know what opening times were very basic hotel with very limited facilities, overpriced for what it is not much food left when we went for breakfast even though we weren’t late going by any means. lady serving breakfast was very pleasant but was also the receptionist with the reception still in darkness at 10 am.

Great hotel,great staff service very friendly and helpful. Location close from the train station/bus stop. The breakfast buffet has a very nice variety.
