The location was excellent. In spite of being on a busy street and near a tram stop, our room was very quiet. The reception staff were very helpful. We were able to check-in early and leave our luggage after we checked out.

I would have liked more electrical outlets in the room but this is an old building. Otherwise there was nothing I didn’t like.

Excelente ubicación, tiene una parada de tram que queda a un minuto del hotel y va directo al aeropuerto. También queda cerca la estación de trenes, un supermercado y el centro turístico.

Location was great. Our room was small for three people but clean and furnished nicely.

It's a no frills hotel opposite 'Central' Tram Station . Rooms were very basic but clean, location is excellent. Zurich HB is also nearby about 10 mins by tram . We stayed for one night . Check in was fast .Reception is up the stairs so one has to carry their luggage till there . From reception one can take elevator to the rooms . Bathroom had bathtub. There is a lane right outside the hotel with restaurants serving various cuisines like local Swiss , Turkish, Chinese ,Fast food, Steakhouses etc .It also has Clothing, Souvenier ,Watches, Seven Eleven shops .We enjoyed strolling there . Breakfast option is there , they have a restaurant as well. Taxis ,Tram are available just outside the hotel.

Our room was on 4th floor but it was kind of noisy at night with the vehicle sounds . We did not have an issue but a light sleeper may have .

Breakfast was exceptional and the gentleman making the coffee drinks was tremendous! good sense of humor and made two great Cappuccinos!

About 5 mins walk to train stn. within walking to old town, alot of restaurants nearby

U need to take a staircase to front desk for check in but to room there is lift good for 2persons with luggages.

While the hotel itself is undeniably average, its location is difficult to beat and the price for Zurich is very agreeable. So you can't complain about the subpar rooms. They are clean and the staff is friendly. Just set your expectations!

Everything is old and worn - though this is what you get if you want affordable in zurich!

Clean, cosy, and well located right next to Zurich HB. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff so lovely.

This is a good place for short stays in Zurich. I guess I have never met such polite and friendly staff. I was allowed to get early check-in. The room itself was very clean. Great location, in the very heart of the Zurich, also close to a big store and the train station.

There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast was quite modest.

Great location! the rooms I stayed, in two separate occasions, were very quiet from street noises even though the hotel is close to busy streets. Friendly and helpful stuff!!!

It had all the basic appliances, but… no AC, no coffee maker, etc. Due possibly to global warming, it was warm and humid in Zurich, so AC could have been nice to have😊

It is in the perfect location, near the main train station and walking distance from the Old City. The breakfast was good. The room was cozy with comfortable bed and even has portable fan, very handy during summer.

Nothing major, it should been nice if the breakfast was included in the room.
